Anyone know how I can send an e-mail to only one pilot via the admin center instead of all of them?

I suggest you install my Pilot Manager add-on at Github. You could also go to my website at www.parkho.ir and click on module test, log in and go to "try out center - admin" then click on "add-ons/pilot manager" if you wanna see how it works.

Why not set up a separate email account for your va and send individual mails via that? In gmail you can specify different accounts to use as "from" address, and I assume other providers provide this feature as well.
