On the main admin panel it says that update 1.1.458 is available. When I downloaded and tried to install the update it says that it was already installed. So why am I getting the message saying I need to update?

Hi Nabeel, I set up the 'phpvms' va software and it worked perfectly and this morning it surprized me with the following prompt: "Fatal error: Function name must be a string in C:xampphtdocsphpvmscoreclassesMySQL.class.php on line 134" Where (which folder) can I fix it? The other part of the website works fine except phpvms and the phpbb3 forum inturface. Both of them return the prompt above. when I try to access them. By the way I tried to reinstall and nothig changes. Any help? Thanks for everything and help you gave me, ermias

This new update is going to be awesome without a doubt but for me personally i dont want the finance side of it. I have FSPAX and hated it lol and i was on FSAirlines system before VMS and didnt like having to earn cash to pay for leases and aircraft etc, its all too much like real life lol. Will there be a way of disabling it or maybe release a Finance free version?

Hi when a pilot joins and is approved i want to send them a mail with instructions etc in, i have been looking for the tpl but cant seem to find it, every other one apart from the approved tpl, can someone point me in the right direction, Thanks..

Hi Nabeel, i would like to also capture the ip address of someone who sends a mail from the contact us page on the site, I have added the hidden field, <input type="hidden" name="IP Address" value= is it just the case of some code there to complete like <?php echo (ipaddr ?>" /> Also once a mail has been sent it redirects to a blank page where is this so i can make it a but more friendly. Thanks.

I have 2 final questions before I reopen my site. 1. I have one error (Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in /xxx/xxxxxx/xxxxxxl/core/common/ChartGraph.class.php on line 182) It's not a big issue, but I don't want pilots saying "something's wrong with your site". 2. The table in the admin center for the downloads is nice. Could I embed a table for the downloads in the download center?

Hey Nabeel, Is it possilbe to view a test flight on live map from a local host? I ahve the goole map set and viewable and I am still using my own local server for testing, but there is no view even if I file the flight table of acars. I have downloaded the fsacars ini and placed it in acass folder. What change should I make to ACARS OR PHPVMS? Thanks, ermias

Hi, Whenever I go to my phpvms directory I get this error at the top of the page. I've been experiencing a problem over the last week with the time. A pilot recently signed up and did about 3 flights which totaled to 12.2 hours but it was showing his total time at 24 hours. Then I realized all my other pilots were experiencing the same problem. The system is showing my va's total flight time at 33 hours(doubt that is correct) but still the hours I have as a pilot is 71.11 and one of my other pilots has 67.13. Please help.

Hi nabeel, Long time, no see ! I noticed the other day a bug wich I don't see any reporting it here... When FSACARS sends 01h23min, the systems understands it as 1.23 which is not really the way it is supposed to be calculated ! (more like 1.45) Is the latest build doing that again ?

When the system is adding your flights to the data base it is adding it +2 instead of +1, the addition is wrong. [example]Before my flight today I had 10 flights, after my flight I had 12. Everything else appears to be ok. The only other small thing I see is when clicking get flight from VA in FsAcars it isn't pulling the aircraft.

Hello to everyone! One of our airline pilots wanted to change he´s password and after change, phpVMS system told him to wait for admin approval - so he didnt access the webpage anymore, neither with old or new password. So I went to the admin page and found out new "pending pilot". What I did? I went to the active pilots page, changed he´s password manually and then rejected this so called "pending pilot" (I thought that it is some kind a bug). It also deleted the active user and also all pireps and other data. So... 1.Why users need an administrator approval to change their passwords? 2.Why it is shown as a pending pilot? 3.And if I want to delete a pilot or he wa…

I eventually got FSACARS up and running, did a flight, and it filed a treat.... Now when i go to live map, there is still the icon for my plane saying that the FSACARS is closed. I have looked at other VA's live maps and dont see this. I am wondering if I have done something wrong, or if it is normal for the icon of a flight to stay up after FSACARS has been closed down. ( its been down for almost an hour now ) I know it may seem like a silly question, but I want to make sure I haven't screwed something up. Thanks in advance

Is there a way of getting the schedules and roster to when they get to a certain number go to a new page? So you don't have a real long list on one page? I think this would benefit a lot of VA owners too. Cheers Dan C

The "flight from VA" function is great, but it still doesn't pull the correct aircraft. For me acars never updates after takeoff until you land (map), but i noticed for one other person it appears to work on their map......Other than those two small things ACARS has been rock solid..
