Hi Guys - I have completed set up for phpvms, but when i access my site remotely, i only get text, and no pictures or formatting (default skin is set up). Looking at the source, it shows this: href="http://localhost/phpvms/lib/skins/crystal/styles.css" /> <script type="text/javascript"> var baseurl = "http://localhost/phpvms"; Surely the remote machine wont know where 'localhost' is (it would piont to itself!), and should be a path to the server? I cant find any setting on the admin console to change this. Can any one point me in the right direction? Thanks for your help.

Hi Guys - Can someone please help me out here? So far, i have installed Apache on XP Pro (to try this out before i upload to a a paid host), and MySql. I can see the installation page of phpVMS, but when i press the Check Database button, nothing happens. Iv created the db (CREATE DATABASE flights;), and added the user with the CREATE (and other) permissions. I think for some reason, the installation cannot connect to the local db? Is there anything else i need to do SQL side? Thanks for your help.

After updating I can't login. The error message is "You must be logged in to access this feature!" Other admins are getting the same results. Advise anyone? Cheers

hi there! thanks for the great update! :-) i have a problem with xacars...it´s the 1st time for using this tool. before i had the normal fsacars. i´m able to fill out all the fields in xacars well and the tool starts sucessfully the connection to the fs2004. after a flight i can upload the pirep without any error...everything works fine...but on the live map there is always the dep SLVR and arrival SGAS ?!?! and the flight number is also different. i´m not a pro in understanding your PHP-language...so maybe you have an easy answer :-) maybe the old program fsacars (i´m not using it anymore) did an error in the past ?!?! anyway...fixing this problem is just to see the …

I am currently thinking of deleting all phpVMS systems off of my hosting and placing the new Version 2 on the hosting to get rid of any bugs I may have left from Version 1. First thing I wanted to know is if I download the skins and images, can these be put back as the skin for the website? And also is there anyway during the installation to connect it to the old databases, in a means of all pilots still being on the system?

When I started up, I added many Qantas routes. I want to get rid of those routes. I already deleted the airlines, but the routes stay. How can I delete MANY routes at once? Thanks!

Hi Nabeel, Some errors i need help with. First; When i try to add a download i get this error: Unknown column 'description' in 'field list' - Note this was here before i updated to the latest release aswell and has still not gone. Also, I dont know whether this is an error but only in the past couple of months the website is saying; * Total Pilots: 14 - Correct * Total Flights: 595 - Correct * Total Hours Flown: 63.51 - Incorrect! I just had a pilot message me and told me that he couldn't setup an avatar. No error message, it says the profile was saved, but the image didn't show up. I logged into my hosting server and did not see a new image in the libavatar folder. I then tried to change my avatar image and had the same issue. There doesn't seem to be an error message but the image won't change. I did a search here and found some references to permissions being set to 777 on the avatar folders. On my hosting account, all I get to choose is "read" and "write". It doesn't say anything about 777. The version I'm using is 1.2.700 Any ideas on what to try next? Dan

Earlier on today our web hosting was totally wiped of files after someone got access to the password of the other user on the FTP. After restoring a backup and changing every password, the phpvms profile of that person keeps being accessed and edited, even after password being changed every time, and being changed to something absolutely nobody knows.

Good afternoon, I´ve got a problem!! My virtual Airline still have 90 routes activ, but there a no flights shown in the pilot-center. Whats wrong? Admin-Center shows every single one, but I can´t find any flights to book in the pilot-center. Error with installing latest Beta. After i have successfully installed the latest Beta i have an error on the dashboard where the graph should be: Fatal error: Call to a member function setFontProperties() on a non-object in /xxx/phpvms/core/common/ChartGraph.class.php on line 88 It also exisits on the Breakdown by the financial graphs. V2.0.840 When I select "View my Badge", it shows wrong country. In the pilot listing it is fine. In the profile it is correct. But like I said, when I "View my Badge", it is an American flag, when it should be Canadian?!

Hello all, I'm having trouble getting my ACARS map to zoom in. I did a quick forum search and found a post stating I had to edit the acarsmap.js file. Well I did that as well as editing the Map Zoom in the local.config file and nothing works. No matter if I put a higher or lower number is stays the same. I want it to zoom in a little but it won't work. I'm running the latest beta and using the default, unmodified skin. Any ideas? Thanks!

On ONE of my sites, I can't login for some reason and therefore can't do admin duties. I checked the database and it seems fine. Is there a way to change my password through the database? Or will an update fix it? Or do I need to re-install from scratch?

Hello Nabeel or somebody else, We are now currently in adding all the different flights and aircraft into our PHP system from our previous system. But as we already have callsigns, for example the CEO has WVA1000, the COO has 1100, and the BOD has 1X00. Hubs have 2XXX or 3XXX. But in the new system, we don't have the option to do that? Hi boss, Happy new Year my friend i've just subscribed to the VA Central and i tried to send the pireps from the admin page on VVAir, this is the error it gives : Fatal error: Cannot access private property CentralData::$limits in xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/admin/modules/VACentral/VACentral.php on line 82 The send of scheduling worked fine.
