Hello. I've tried for months to get an account on this site. My name is Paul and I run a phpVMS-based site: tav.gkpnet.net Your server keeps saying that it's sending me emails, but they never arrive. I've tried several different email addresses - with different domains & IP addresses - all to no avail. I have finally resorted to an anti-spam anonymous email service (that, frankly, you should not permit) and, well, here I am. Is there some way to get my more 'legitimate' account approved? Take your pick: TAVadmin, gkp00co, gkp ...... Feel free to respond to me directly to any one of the 3 email addresses associated with the three accounts... I am impressed with …

Hey guys, my hosting company doesn't support php5 anymore, so I had to migrate phpvms to php7. Everything works fine, except of two things. When the pilot get's a success message, i.e. "successfully registered" there is only a white blank page with no errors. If there is an error message it works fine and it shows up. I also have a similar issue on schedules search form page. When pilots tries to search a flight on domain.tld/schedules and on domain.tld/schedules/view there is a blank white page. But when I open domain.tld/schedules/details/50 where 50 is the schedule id, everything works fine again. Can anyone help me please? On some pages I had to remove <?…

Probably on these forums somewhere (started by me lol) but i cant find it because the topics seem badly named. If i go in my roster or all pilots in the admin nearly all my pilots are showing as active but nearly all of them in reality arent! Why isnt VMS reporting this correctly. Any help guys

Hi, I am Bob PVA5188. On about 6th March I sent a message via the "contact us" button on the website requesting a leave of absence of a week. When I returned approximately a week later the website was down and was unable to complete a flight. Now i find that by account has been suspended. I have tried to send messages via the website on a number of occasions and so far have had no replies out of 6 Emails. I would really like to have my account re-activated so I can carry on flying. i need help. In my ranks page (the module i downloaded from here which has rank + award page) i want to insert the aircraft types allowed as well. Hi There I've noticed on my account that the points on the website homepage seem to be frozen at 2560 and yet a number of pireps have been recorded since this. and yet the points have not changed. Is there a problem somewhere ? Regards B.M

Hi Nabeel, Don't think it's an option currently, but it would be handy to be able to change the page titles of each page you add thru the phpvms system - just a small thing but would be helpful on the next release. James

Since the upgrade all my scripts that are displayed with a <php include are not showing up. Has the way those scripts are displayed have changed? I looked in the error console, I clicked on the jquery-front link in the console and the code below was highlighted. That is closing tag. Is there an error in that tag? Also my ACARS map still shows v2. There were no errors during the update. }(jQuery));

In my Admin section, under Reports & Expenses, Overview. The data displayed, over what time period is this based? Second, when we compute our income and expenses, we use 80 cents per mile per seat for income (or 3 cents per pound/mi for cargo flights), fuel at $1.50/kg and operating expenses at 15%. My question is, is there a standard we are supposed to be following? Thanks!

Over the last couple of days I have been building up my schedules data base. After uploading this new data base to the system and checking it all against the website search functions and showing correctly installed the next day when I went to the search functions I wasn't able to search any schedules. I re imported my schedules to see if that resolved the issue, however during the upload it says airline codes do not exist? So I went to check the airlines list and that is now completely blank.... I have then installed a backup of the the entire system to see if the airline list was restored but it still shows the same problem showing nothing. I have also tri…

Hello, every time i update my Virtual airlines webpage somehow someway i have to clear my cache in order to see it, is there a setting in the config files for this to stop or have it auto clear the cache. im more scared of when we update something that we are gonna have to tell our pilots to clear their cache after we update the site. any info would be great to overcome this

I have a problem with the system, the pilot is flying, but when it approves the schedule of your flight, Not appear. The page of the pilot is flying like he did appears on the route flown and reporting of route approved not appear over the amount of flights and hours of it on the page.

Hello everyone and apologies if this question has already been covered. I am very new to this forum and can't seem to find an answer. My question is, each airline submits there pireps and points are allocated to them. Are these points individual or as a whole according to the amount of pireps submitted that day? Hi Guys, I have an invoice due to be paid and over the past few days i have been trying to login to pay the invoice however i am just getting a blank white page when i attempt to go to the portal. Is it down? Is anyone having any other issues? Also noticed some files in my FTP have been modified as of March 1st which was not done me or anyone in my Team. It has made all Pilots unable to submit PIREPS which as we know in the VA world causes quite a stir! Any help would be appreciated.

We at Flight Simulation New Brunswick and its Virtual Airline wish to convey our thanks to the phpvms forum and its members who have helped us. Over the past few days, I have posted pleas for help at the forum and without fail, all pleas were replied to and our system's issues resolved. We are very proud of our airline and to have issues within its VMS management that were not working as they were supposed to was unacceptable - especially to me as its CEO.
