Hey i was wondering how i could get the pireps that are sent in from FSACARS to show in the admin pannle to show where it says Latest Stats 0 PIREPs pending, is there a way to get them to show up there and under the PIREPs view pending??

There seems to be a bug in the ini file for FSACARS, since it generates an ini file like this example: CompanyICAO=GLD [...] PilotNumber=GLD0001 where it should be PilotNumber=0001. Cheers, Rodrigo Ventura goldenjet-va.org

I noticed there is a contact form template, but how can I use it? I have been editing the main template, and can't seem to include it (Although I guess I could just copy it all into a PHP File and include('contact_form.php') but it seems like there would be an easier way if you included it. Or I guess I could code my own, I know enough php for that. And the template posts the data to index.php, is this correct? Does index handle the form data or is that just being a placeholder for me to put my own page to handle it.

I have 2 domains on the Monarch Virtual site www.monarchvirtual.com www.virtualflymonarch.co.uk We can only have one API key so we keep getting the popup telling us the key is registered to another domain. Is there a work around?

When i add a very long route it breaks the table in the Schedules page check the attachment. The other problem is the search engine when using "By Aircraft Type" it only finds one flight per type. Plus i would like to have all the search boxes showing for better searches. broketable.jpg

Hey i was wondering where the code was for the pilot information for the ones that are flying that show up on the live me, the information for... Hello, I was installing PHPVMS fresh for the first time on my server. I use bluehost and I have a dedicated IP address and php 5.0. When visiting my main site URL I get this error Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=', expecting '(' in /home/pacifij1/public_html/fazuairways/core/codon.config.php on line 85 Then when I visit the install directory at install.php I get this error! Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ')', expecting '(' in /home/pacifij1/public_html/fazuairways/install/install.php on line 29 Help please!

Have some problem adding airports. My VA is based in Alaska, and most of our routes only have 3 letter codes. In the section where you add airport, it states a 4 letter code. Is there a way to let it accept 3 letter airports. I am unable to add a airport. I get this error. There was an error adding the airport and if I do a look up for a 4 letter airport is stays in "Fetching Data..." Any ideas? Eddie

Hi everyone I installed phpvms a while ago and it worked fine - I however had to reinstall it, and now every time I run through the install, after the first screen i get a blank screen with Internal Server Error. It happens after I input all the db info and click on create db. .../phpvms/install/install.php?page=dbsetup This is where it happens... Didn't happen before, on the same host, with the same settings. Can anyone help? Many thanks

Hey i have a quick question after watching that video tutorial...within the template folder what other files do i need to have, i see he has like , login_form, pilots_list, profile_main and so on, is it just whatever you edit you need in your template folder or are there specific files...If so what exact files do we need to put in there cause right now i have everything running from where they are, and my template is just calling them in...couple more questions... Is the way i have it set up bad... Hi ! Thank you for this system and good work by the way, I have an issue : When creating fields in the administration interface for the PIREP, and when trying to fill in the PIREP from the pilot interface, the new fields do appear but when validating the form they are not saved and do not appear in the admin validation interface... IE is Internet Explorer, which is pure trash. When using it, pilots can't log in and file PIREPS. Has anybody else experienced problems? (I used Firefox for the whole process, but somebody said they couldn't acess the pilot center, so I think they are using IE, which doesn't work well.)

Hey i just now noticed this...but when i look at the flight schedule i see all my scheduled flights...that's a good thing but then when i look at them i see where it says times flown and they are all set to zero...is there a way to fix this or are you going to be fixing it in the next version....and how come when i have a flight scheduled that is less than a hour like .3 or .4 it sets it to zero.....thanks for the help!

I was wondering if phpvms could implement a one account multiple airlines meaning that one persons account on phpvms can fly for more then one airline currently you have to resign up on phpvms to fly that other airline , as we have *(at jal virtual) at least 3 sub airlines we see that have the pilot to resign up is uneconomical we loved the fact phpvms could support multiple airlines but the pilot needs to resign up everytime. I would like to see One pilot account that can fly for any of the airlines/schedules in phpvms without having to resign up. thanks

I was importing schedules today (after I did the aircraft registration and that jazz) and the process completed. Hooray! I thought, but when I clicked on the schedules, it says "No schedules exist." The import process was 100% fine, but what happened?

So I uploaded a clean install of phpvms to the live server and was just running through the install, and after putting in my DB info it gave some php error about it needing to be a string. I tinkered with it a bit, hit the 'test connection' button and it gave me an error saying accessis denied for me. Problem is that my DB username and DB name have an underscore in them. The error message truncated the underscore and everything after it. I'm going to try upping my (already installed) local copy, and altering the local.config by hand. wish me luck. I love this software but I am having a couple of issues I hope someone can assist me with. Primarily, when I try and add an aircraft, I get an error message. I have included the before/after screen shot, although it may be tough to read as I had to shrink it to meet forum posting limits. I went through phpmysql and trashed the name index. I left name_1(I think that's the name of it) alone. Still no luck. And finally, my live map doesn't exist. It is simply empty white space. Any ideas? Thanks.
