Hello Community, I'm currently migrating my phpVMS installation to a new web host and changing the domain at the same time. I have transferred all the files, imported the database, and cleared the cache. Hello Again! A while back I found documentation on how to have the phpvma v7 to send pirep notifications to a discord channel. Can't remember how I did it, but it was working, but the channel I had set up on discord to receive the prep notifications got deleted. Would anyone know where I might find that documentation? I would be thankful.

Hello, I'm an ACARS user and I fly with MSFS 2020. Whenever I try to use the ACARS it prompts me that UserCfg.opt is read only and doesn't allow me to start the flight. I need to keep it read only to prevent MSFS from activating film grain (a known issue), is there a workaround?

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding passenger numbers and cargo calculation per aircraft. These values are set in the Fares section. However, the same aircraft type can have different configurations. Is it possible to send the values dynamically to SimBrief using "AUTO" so that SimBrief calculates the passenger count and cargo weight based on the specific aircraft configuration? These values could then be automatically transferred back to phpVMS. This would reduce the maintenance effort and prevent issues when an aircraft has a different configuration than the one predefined. I hope I have explained my request clearly. Thanks in advance …

Hello everyone, I have a question if the cronjobs are executed with these warnings. 1. are there any problems here? There are no problems with the WebCron. 2. I always have problems with cancelled pireps these are not deleted (at least not overnight) 3. the statistics are only updated once a night? I would like to update them more often, is that possible? Hello, i will import my leagcy db to the new v7 db. I try "php artisan phpvms:importer ...." on the command line. We have 170k pireps in the leagcy db. After 12 hours later only 68k pireps are migrated. Every 3 seconds only 1 pirep will migratied. I try to set the batchsize at 1000, 500, 50 .... but still it will migrate the data very slowly. Greetings, We have imported our information from the older php v5 and now using the latest php v7. The pilots who once had admin roles from the previous version are still admins. The challenge is, we cannot seem to remove that role from the pilots. When we go to the user page, click user, edit the role (remove admin), when it saved, the role comes back. Can you shed some light on that please? Further, we are having some issues with the pagination. Pages 1,2 and 3 work fine, then page 4 isn't, then page 5, 6, 7 works, then another doesn't. When I import the first picture bought from VASchedules into the fleet category I do not get my aircraft listed. (aircraft in subfleet menu is 0). Hello everyone, I need help and don't know how to proceed. When I try to fill in a manual PIREP, I get the following error in the Aport column (Departure/Arrival) The results could be loaded The days it worked and once, I don't know what I did. Hello everyone. Yesterday I installed the latest phpVMS for my website. i'm busy with setting things up and so far all is going just fine, as far i can notice. I made subfleets and added aircrafts to it, airports are implemented and now i'm working on the flights. There i come to my first problem, they don't show up on the flights page or the inbuild search engine, so they don't excist for the user. Type ratings, ranks, fleet and assignement are set. Good Morning Folks. I currently have my VA linked to a 2GB database. Its currently 1.2GB full, with nearly 4000 PIREPs, so I want to start making a plan for adding some space. My current hosting provider limits their Databases to 2GB and you are not allowed to go any higher, even if you offer to throw money at them, so that's a shame that I can't just scale up the existing one. Hello again amazing community! Here's another of my phpvms "illiterate" questions: Version is 7.0.3-dev.12 I have schedules that are clearly active and well setup in Admin but are not shown in the flight search frontend. An example is AA Flight 219. Several legs are covering all days of the week. All have appropriate sub fleet and fares assigned, yet they are not showing up..... What can cause this? I tried to install PHPVMS7 according to the installation guide, but encountered some issues. I'm attaching images that might help illustrate the problem. Additionally, the hosting service includes older versions of PHPVMS, so it does support it. Also, PHPVMS version 7 BETA was previously installed.

Recently kACARS, when I run a CHARTED flight, drops off and disappears. I am running quite a few add-on programs on my P3DV5 setup and wonder if it could be an over-load of FSUIPC 6? It does not do this for regular VA flights. Thanks for any input. Jim

Hello. I removed my installation of phpVMS 7 about 8 month ago retuning to phpVMSv5, I did not delete the database, just the file of the website. Decided to up the phpVMS 7 backup, as I had backed up all of the site before deleting it from the website host. I reuploaded the phpVMS 7 to the web host and everything is working fine. However in my profile page the email address and the API key is not showing as it was before I deleted the site. Like I said everything else seems to be working fine. Thank you for the help.

Good evening, New to phpVMS and currently going through the setup / testing phases. I noticed an issue when loading flights that they are showing on the schedule even when the start and end date is not current. Also still showing when the days are set but it's not actually the day (example monday) and I still see it today. Is there a step I am missing after creating the flights to only have them appear on the schedule for bidding when the start and end dates are valid and the day trigger is also valid? i added a new custom airport Calamocha LECH from MS2020. Actually, LECH already exist so i gave icao LECH1. When i select it on ACARS i get an error " Error prefiling. So my VA has alot of aircraft and would like to narrow it down. I was told that if an aircraft has already flown a flight it will screw up the system. Is this true or can I wipe out the fleet and redo it?
