I don't know what the skillset and profession is of the people that offer web hosting on these forums, but does anyone actually have a degree or high knowledge in web server management? I like my web host to be able to quickly solve more lucrative issues.

One of your javascript files in your layout.tpl/php is overidding the needed libraries for PHPVMS to function. Try placing your custom javascript before the libraries

From my understanding, because wix sites are not pure html, there would be no easy or reasonable way to incorporate phpVMS code into it. If you are looking for a design replicated into HTML send me a PM

You will get this error when trying to reinstall with a database that had a previous install of phpVMS. Wipe the database clean, and try again. Or easy, make a new database

Tom, is there a reason you are trying to pick an issue? I gave him a place to start, merely an idea. It is only copyright infringement if you don't have permission from the author. Did I ever say that he could use it without permission? No.
