How can you add a medal to a pilot manually?

I have created some Tours, and I don't know how to give a medal to a pilot who finished all the routes of the tour. The medal can be given manually

No, it is not possible to give awards/medals to users manually.

 

Contact the module developer if you are using some 3rd party addon for tours, if you developed it yourself then check how award logic is running and create your own awards class for tours.

If you are using phpvms version 5.5 you can download this module and do what you ask.  https://github.com/KJRDev/phpVMS_vAwards  Sure you will have to make some changes in the various files, from "tpl" to "php". Here the discussion https://forum.phpvms.net/topic/7351-vawards/

I believe the OP is using phpVMS v7. At some future point, someone may write a similar type module for v7.
