Hello how can set the ranks to give them to my members manually?

Look in your local.config.php file you should find something like this

# Automatically calculate ranks?
Config::Set('RANKS_AUTOCALCULATE', true);

Change it to this

# Automatically calculate ranks?
Config::Set('RANKS_AUTOCALCULATE', false);

Yes but i want to make is at the two only ranks not for all them!

Yeah, it's only all or none, sorry!

If you set that setting so it's manual, go into a pilots profile in the admin and you can change it there
