Dom
I loving if it is possible added in the "pilot_public_profilec" a world map that will display the tracings of the flights done of the pilot already. Do you believe that it is possible to make it? I think that it will be a good idea for all VA Visitor is View a map of all the tracings of the flights done of the pilot already. Good day dom
Moderators mark1million Posted May 27, 2010 Moderators Report Share Posted May 27, 2010 If you mean the pilots flown routes its already in there, i thong its just a case of copying the code across to the correct tpl.

Administrators simpilot Posted May 27, 2010 Administrators Report Share Posted May 27, 2010 You can intergrate the Great Circle Mapper into the page like I did here -> http://www.westjetvirtual.net/index.php/profile/view/1 - I think it is easier than the google map for static displays. The Great Circle Mapper Site -> http://www.gcmap.com/

Administrators simpilot Posted May 30, 2010 Administrators Report Share Posted May 30, 2010 Sorry I'm not NABEEL. This project is based all on his generous giving of his free time to the coding of phpVMS. Have some patience, he will answer.
CPC900
Simpilot, is the coding relatively easy to do and understand from the great circle mapper site? Because I have NO IDEA how I would go about integrating that in the individual pilot stats. Is there a tutorial on their site? I did not see one. It is quite simple to use - here is a simple example. http://www.gcmap.com/map?P=KORD-KDEN You can find all the map options, which would be included in the url, here -> http://www.gcmap.com/mapui <- create your map with the options you would like and copy the url to use in your site. Then simply use the data off your site for the path section of the url "KDEN-KPHX, KDEN-KSFO" etc.
CPC900
Yes, I have used the GCMapper before, but I assume you pull the airport coding for each pilot to send it to the GCM page itself, to automatically create an updated map?! Or no?
