Blu-Express VA Posted July 4, 2012 Report Share Posted July 4, 2012 Hello, i know that i must contact directly Jeff but now i can't do it, So, i've got this error (sorry it's in italian language) **See the attached image** Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attemp to continue. If you click Quit the application will close immediatelly. Since these are custom a lot of times a fix for one VA's custom version may not work for another VA's. Next time, contact directly to Jeff or to the VA CEO or who ever ordered Custom kACARS. And be patient, Jeff is a busy guy, but HE WILL get to you in a time manner. 4. Always ensure that you have the .exe file set to "Run as Administrator" in Vista and Win 7 Now, the issue is that you need to run kACARS as Admin becasue it can not read or write to the send.xml file.
