Hello I'm Totaly new to the system and would like to say I love the system its great but right out of the box I cant get somthing right lol. Nabeel, I have on the pilots page a last flight, if we have a new joiner with no flight this defaults to 01.Jan.1970 Example, http://www.easyjetva.com/index.php/pilots, if there any way to mod this out to display N/A or none as apposed to the date if no flight has been flown yet?

I added a list of information at what I thought was at the bottom of the home page, but it appears on every page of the site. Is there a way to only have something show up on the homepage and not everywhere else?

Hey, I'm kinda new to php and need a lot of help here. I run a Virtual Airline for FlightGear (an Open Source Flight Simulator) and we have a phpVMS website. Even before we started using phpVMS for VA management, we had a basic local ACARS which records your basic flight data every 3 minutes and stores it in a kml file. We can open the kml file with google Earth and it'll show you a 3D map. I was wondering if I can do anything to have this transmitted to phpVMS once FlightGear is closed. (i.e.when the kml file stops receiving data) Or this might be better, while FlightGear is running and the pilot is flying, can it continuously post the data to phpVMS? I can make a GUI m…

Is it possible for the user to create a pirep, with them being able to choose the dep airport and arr airport. I need something like this, so there does not have to be a long list of schedules, they choose the flights themselves.. I would like them to have control over their flight. Thanks

Hey Guys Weird thing about an hour ago on our front page errors started to appear such as and this would appear for everything like Latest News, Flights in progress etc so I knew it was something to do with the database and when I checked I got this error for every table. This is just from the acarsdata Now I really have no idea what to do or how to correct it as this is the first time I've had this. This there a way to correct this as I don't have a recent backup Thanks

Currently I have a skin setup that has drop downs. For example when you put your mouse over operations it will drop down and show a list of pages. Is there a way to put your mouse over one of the pages and have a submenu/dropdown to the right? For example I want to add Forms under Operations and when you hover over forms it will give you a list of forms to click on.

Is there a way, that one off routes can be added to the schedules. For example, i may create a one off flight, say on a Saturday from A to B. Is there a way, that on completion of the route by the first pilot to Bid and file the Pirep, the route can either be hidden for the rest of that day, or even deleted? at present, as soon as the pirep is filed, the route becomes available straight away. but the aircraft in that route is no longer at 'A' but is now at 'B'

Hello all! Today I re-installed my localhost and the php version I m running is now 6.0.0-dev. When trying to access my phpvms localhost site an error comes up saying: "You are not running PHP 5+" But I m running 6. Is there a problem or a problem with 6.0.0-dev version ? Regards.

I am attempting to create a test environment in order to make some website changes/testing without affecting the production environment. Is there a good way of copying the production environment into a test environment. I installed a fresh copy of phpvms and overwrote most of the files, but doesn't seem to bring all the formatting over properly. Thanks!

Hi guys, I have searched the forums but could find what I was looking for maybe someone could point me in the direction of or advise me how to solve the issue. I have noticed along with a few of our pilots now, the pilot pay is not right. if a pilot flies for 1 hours he gets his pay, but then if he flies for 4 hours he gets the same pay as he did for 1 hour. i.e. 1hr = $75 4hrs = $75 (but should be 4*75 = 300) is there any reason for this? Have I missed something? Thanks Deano

When I plug KRNO into the ICAO for the Add Airport and hit enter, it tells me it can't find it. Kind of hard for KRNO not to exist when it hosts the annual Reno Air Races. Help please?

Hi all, I was wondering if it is possible to change the my VA's ICAO code it is currently ANG and I need to change it to NGE. Anyone know how to do this? The only reason I wish to change the code is because I was doing one of our scheduled flights on Vatsim when a controller sent me a message telling me that for my airline my code should be NGE to be the same as the realworld airline. As I was using ANGELAIR01 as my callsign which is not very professional. Any help would be great. Thanks Scott
