Anyone know where at in the css file to edit for the left side blocks? I like the info centered the way that it is, but for some content it does not work so well, for instance, random screenshots block. I would like to align everything to the left except for block titles. I have edited everything I can think of in the css and nothing works. All the info stays floated to the right or is centered using html somewhere. Either of which I can not find. I am thinking it is where it says overflow-x: hidden Am I correct? That is the only part I did not try to edit. Thanks in advance either way. Ray

One thing to remember when it comes to putting emails on the net as a link, spam bots will harvest every single email on your site and that email will become essentially a junk box. I have had that problem many times before. If you use a robots text doc, that problem can be resolved.....normally. I'm not saying, I'm just saying. That is why you see so many people put their email on the net with [] around the @ symbol example me[@]thunderva.com that will make the link dead and un trackable to spam bots. Another option is spam poison I do not work for nor am I affiliated with this place in any way shape or form. I just use it on every site I have or have had.

Hi I know you were adressing Simpilot, but here is the fix (edit). Open screenshots_viewer.tpl and find if ($tiles == '4') { echo '</tr>'; $tiles=0; } } Change the 4 to the number of your choice. 1, 2, or 3. I changed mine to 3 and it works fine.

I can only imagine the time that it would take Nabeel. Maybe in the future. I know how time goes. I took almost a month off of my VA again due to school.

That is an ObsessBlue template problem. I posted a quick fix for that in this thread I believe. Chnage the max size for the image to like 650 wide or somewhere around there and it will fix it. Just search up in this thread for one made by me. It gives the tpl file to edit.

I solved my issue of the random or recent pic not centering in the blocks on left side of page. It is all in my css file.

solved. It was pireps_viewall.tpl

Actually that did solve one more page I forgot about or had not gotten around to yet. However, it still is eluding me when it comes to the public profile page. that page there that I just edited is the page that is visible if you click the My Stats link from the pilot center. The page in question comes from viewing the pilots list and clicking on any pilot and viewing his or her public profile.

Does the info below the JS chart get pulled from a Java Script file as well? Setion in question is the PIREPs List. I really need to fix that for my skin but am not locating the file. The funny part is though when I edited my css file for my downloads page, it seems to have effected that section of the profile too. If I can't edit it then I will live with no worries. This is a issue I have as well. It would be real nice if aircraft could be locked on bid.

That is easy to fix and you are missing some closing divs as well. Have a look at my site and click the gallery link at the bottom or use the screenshots link in the menu. That's exactly what I am working on as we speak. It isn't so bad with the template. It just requires major tweaking to make it right. I found max pic size to be nice at 600 instead of 940. That can be found in the screenshots_large.tpl file. that is if the size you are referring to is while viewing the large image of the screenshot

+1 Simpilot. Got it working great and have begun skinning to fit my site. Now for a quick question. I have the recent screenshot added to my front page, but it is sitting on the right most edge of the block. What file do I need to edit to get that to center up in the middle of the block? I have tried several and no luck yet. I found a file and messed with it but it was already set in echo to center. have a look see here at Thunder VA Other than that, it is going great for me and working out as should.

Wow Simpilot. I never saw this one coming. I thought you were going to keep this jewel exclusive for your VA use. I'll have to give this one a go and see how she works out.

Another thing too is if you buy the .com, go ahead and buy the .net and .org as well. I have actually made good money buying domains and when people come searching because they want to protect the name, they will pay for them if they want the name bad enough to remain theirs. Sounds greedy I know but when the money is that easy to make..... Need I say more? So yeah protect your name and buy all 3 of the majors.

Yeah that is pretty sweet. Once it has session controls and is all user friendly, it will be a nice addon to a phpVMS site for sure.

Yeah that's what I recommended some time ago too. But as Simpilot has stated, it would be quite the task to do. How about pagination (drop box) to choose page 1, 2, 3 etc. I am not sure how hard that would be. My list is way long and I have not even got half of my airports in yet. If I can hack an easy script up I will but my scripting is sloppy and slow. It would take me a while to figure it out.

Yeah I can do that no probs. The script was given to us free of charge so it's the least I can do. It was real easy to do. I am heading off to bed now though. Gotta get up for work in the morn. As soon as I get home I will toss up some code on some of the things I did.

Thanks for the reply. I will grab a copy and test it all out and see how it works for when I get asked by all 2 of my pilots I love having a web site in dev status. No traffic means nice and quiet to work on peacefully.
