I have been in my off time, been working on this forum a little bit. i have added images and some other stuff to mine. I have been looking for a way to pull the latest post info as well. If I can get it done, I will come back and post.

Has anyone used this version yet or have anything to add about it? I normally wait for a few comments first and none so far. Was just curious with 55 views and no replies, that is not very much like it normally goes here. I'm going to give it a go today on my local WAMP server.

You have to add the mcright div to it to get it to center up and look right. The answer is located here http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/2564-osses-bule-skin-problem/ I have not tried this script, but I know the fix in that other thread will work. That is a skin problem and not a script problem.

The answer to that is in the Skinning thread under the Obsessed Blue threads. It is missing a div statement. Check in them threads and you will find the answer. I often find the search feature a great tool. http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/2564-osses-bule-skin-problem/

If by root you mean your computer, then yes it will. If you mean as in a shoutcast server that you rent, you will be in good shape. BUT If you mean on the same server that your website is on, no you can not run shoutacst Im willing to bet. This little script will work though. All this script does is show the status of a shoutcast server. It does not do any streaming at all.

Just tested this out since I did not have to work today and I made sure everything in the config file was set to lock up the bid once it was bid on and it in fact does not do that in Real Schedule.

Remember, there is a difference between a shoutcast server and a web site server. You can install shoutcast onto a web site server if you have shell access, but most hosts will not allow that. There are several free shoutcast server providers out there, but they all pretty much blow chow. You get what you pay for in life. For more info on shoutcast, please visit http://shoutcast.com/download remember you will need winamp to broadcast or virtual DJ or Sam Broadcaster. Winamnp is the only free one. And please remember, I do not work for any of these companies. I am not trying to shamelessly plug these people. I am only saying what I use. Yes once we are sure it is done properly. it is alive and working, there was just another kink or tow to work out. Like I said though, it wont supply you with a live stream. You will need to provide that and the broadcast software your self. Once all is said and done though, I can help anyone setup their own radio station. It is fast and easy to do.

With the help of Simpilot, this one is functional. I think he is still doing some minor tweaking to it though. It has not been forgotten about. The whole radio idea is actually a cool thing. It works out real nice for live ATC sessions and all that good stuff. This addon however will NOT supply you with a live stream. You would need to rent a shoutcast server, or get a free one. Then you can use winamp to DJ with unless you own Virtual DJ or Sam Broadcaster.

Ok I'll go look in config right now and lock up the bids/flights on a bid and test it out. If that is what you use for the schedules then it should work. It is just something I never thought of when I installed this addon until the situation came up.

I noticed that long ago and thought it was great! I love that movie. I remember going to see it at the movie theater when I was a little kid. I think I was in like 2nd grade when that movie came out.

It's me again with a simple quick question. If we go into our config file in the core folder and disable a route once it is bid on, does it lock up that flight if we use real schedule? I was doing a flight yesterday, and another guy went in and bid on the same exact flight while I was in the air with that aircraft. He was not able to get off the ground while I was still in the air though. Now the aircraft is on the ground at KMCI instead of KOKC where he bid on it, but yet the flight still shows as a recent bid on my site because he was not able to fly it. So yeah, I am just curious about the locking up of the flight. I found it kind of weird he was able to bid on a flight I already did.

Hi Nabbel. Sorry to clog your shoutbox up with this last night. I am a bone head by nature ;-) Anyway as I was saying, I tried to login to update my VA info on VA Central. Well, apparently, I forgot my info. I can not retrieve it because the email addy I used is no longer valid. I let the domain expire on accident and now I have a new Domain. Soo I re registered for VA Central and I never got any confirmation email or anything at all. Nor does the info I just registered with allow me to login. So if needs be, I can try to re register yet again, or if you can cut me my old info, I will just use that and update it rather than creating another account for the same VA. Either way is fine with me.

Did this work before you updated? And remember, if you are viewing schedules and no flights are scheduled for that day, none will show up. I am not saying this is your issue, but the update should not have done anything at all to that table that I am aware of. it did not effect none of mine at all.

Ok I used the above code and it fixed the repeat problem even though it got rid of the other content box and the fancy little javascript message box. I can live with that. If anyone has a clue what to do about the schedules list, please give me a clue. Many thanks!

Makes perfectly goo sense now. I thought I was on to something there. ha ha ha But yeah so far there is only 3 of us on site and only 1 of us have purchased a jump seat.

If I go into my database via phpmyadmin and look at the realschedule table, I am the only one that got updated. She does not even show up in the database. There ya go. And this is after she got her pirep accepted and can now bid on flights out of airports .

Ok I had her do a quick hop and file a pirep. it did move the aircraft that she flew out of PHNL and moved it PHOG as it should have. Now it shows her on the ground at PHOG in her profile as well as in the jump seat page. AND now she can bid on flights out of airports using the Real Schedule. For some reason or the other, if one has 0 flights recorded, it will not show them at their current location in their profile and they can not bid on any flights what so ever at an airport even if it has aircraft available that they can fly. As well, now that it is all good for her and she can bid on flights now, my database base has only updated once and it shows me sitting on the ground but not her or the other guy. Now that I find rather odd. Some food for thought.

On this subject of the pilots page, Mark1million helped me out on this as well and the fix worked out great. However, as you add another hub, the problem comes back as far as the repeating problem goes. The footer is still perfectly intact and working great, but the repeating of the Other content box and the flash box is baffling me. I ran into another problem as well with this template. I went to go and bid on a flight and the flight info is there, but if you add a lengthy route to the flights, it stays on 1 line and makes the page to wide to view the bid on flight link, pilot briefing and the other link. So far the only way I have found to fix this is to not add any routes to the flights that will stretch the page. Which is ok I guess if an airline has pilots that can come up with a nice fuel economy flight plan. If anyone else has ran into the schedules page problem let me know. Like I said, for now the only fix I found is to get rid of all my long flight plans.

Well, I have bumped into the ol' you are not at this airport bug as well. Except, it is not an admin account. This is a regular pilot. She is on the ground at PHNL, her profile page shows her on the ground at PHNL, but when trying to get a flight out of PHNL, it says Youare not at this airport. I have applied every fix that has been posted so far and now this comes up. I can verify that on my account (admin) this does not happen. So far so good with my account. Could this be that she has never done a flight for the airline yet so this script is not seeing her on the ground anywhere? I am going to have her do a flight out of PHNL with one of the aircraft that is on the ground there and see what happens when she lands at another airport with an aircraft there. Hopefully it will recognize her then.

I have a shout cast server for broadcasting to the internet. We use it to play music on the air so During ATC sessions, we can give out live METAR info to pilots, we have an automated request line and all. I am creating a module to integrate my shoutcast server into phpVMS. So it will work like any of the side boxes like latest flights , etc etc. It will give a complete radio status such as if the radio is on the air or off the air. Current DJ, current song playing, and a couple other things. I have a module put together and a tpl file. For some reason, I can not get it to put out any info at all. I have never tried to create a module or addon. I am not sure where I am going wrong. If Simpilot or Nabeel, or another module writer could take a peak at it for me I would really appreciate it. However, In the server config file, I would have to x out my server info such as username and password for obvious reasons. So I am not so sure how much you could help me out without that info. If someone could help me, please reply here or PM me. I may even be able to toss a few dollars your way for helping me. If I do pay, it will remain soley mine copyright to you. It would remain exclusive to me only. If you wish to help me for free, I would gladly allow my code to be shared to anyone who has a shoutcast and wants to have his/her own radio station. I am not stingy at all. I love sharing code when able so I am really hoping someone here would feel the same way. As all of the Simpilot mods, I am loving it thus far. However, I am wondering if it is possible to filter the list. Let me set the scene for you if I may. Right now as it is, the table for my website is VERY long. The table as we all know shows all of the airports wether there is no aircraft there or if there is. I think it would be cool if we could filter the airports table to only show airports WITH aircraft due to the fact that we can only purchase jumpseats to them airports anyhow. I think having a great big long list of airports without aircraft available is kind of pointless. If this kind of filtering is NOT possible, I will continue to use this addon anyhow. I think it is great! Just my $0.02 on this one. Thanks again Simpilot for such a great addon.

Yeah you have to add a shop type first, then the shop, then the product. If done in that exact order, this problem will go away. I would delete the products and start over.
