As it seems geonames has a limit of queries.

Change in your app.config line 219 from

Config::Set('AIRPORT_LOOKUP_SERVER', 'geonames'); to

Config::Set('AIRPORT_LOOKUP_SERVER', 'phpvms');

Changing these values means that you are going to receive all the data from phpVMS. During the last months, phpVMS site has some timeouts and this means that you are not able to get any data from the server so you will have to wait until the timeout passes. Give it a try now and check if it works...

I am having the same error. Both geonames and phpvms do not work anymore.

Adding them manually is a pretty tough job, as most of the coordinates point somewhere next to the airport. Sometimes up to 10nm. But, it can be done, yes.

But, what is the reason, that it does not work anymore?
