i know that there is a file for set a days when the system will to reset the Bid flights not flew.

But where is a file?

Yeah it's in the app.config.php. All you have to do is copy this into local.config.php:

It's like copying files from core/templates to lib/skins/yourskin

Are you sure about phpVMS 5.3? There are 2.1 and 5.5..

Open your admin/maintenance.php and check line 46 (approximately). It should include something like this:
