Hey Everyone, I have a problem and when I set my aircraft restricts, and I put that setting in the local.config.php file # Pilot pilots to only fly aircraft they're ranked to Config::Set('RESTRICT_AIRCRAFT_RANKS', true); And It is still not working, it is showing all of my schedules. What Could be the Problem? Thanks!

Alright, so using x10 Hosting (Free;I can barely bring myself to spend bandwidth), I'm planning to start up a VA. So, I got to initiating install.php in my browser (Google Chrome, if that helps), but it didn't come up with the database setup screen, but a wall of coding. I don't know if I misinterpreted the tutorial, maybe I missed a step, or I botched something else. So, i'll have to swallow my pride and ask for help.

I am working to setup phpVMS too see if it can replace the current system we use for our Virtual Airline. In our case, we have about 50 different aircraft types available to our pilots. Our existing route structure is designed to limit the aircraft available for particular routes --- for example they cannot fly a Cessna 172 from KJFK to KLAX! We have assigned about 7 or 8 different "categories" for the aircraft, for example ... I am looking to get the flight tracking google map to show a line for the actual flight path of the aircraft, much like Vatsim does. (see image) I have been trying to reverse engineer it, but its not working. Every time I think I'm getting close I loose it... any help would be greatly appreciated !

This is not my site, I'm just designing it. When I log in, it gives me the already logged in error. So, I click Pilot Centre, only to be told to login. I can't access the Admin panel to clear cache or anything because of this. It happened after I edited something in the local.config.php (above the do not edit part). Hi I was wondering if I could get a code to hide all schedules with the same A/C registration if it's been bid on. meaning, if someone places a bid on let's say KLAX to KSFO with A/C registration E-PA123. now another person is trying to bid on KSJC to KLAX with the same A/C registration E-PA123 but they can't because the A/C is already booked. Right now I have set it up to hide the schedule that has a bid on but can't figure it out for all the routes. Any help please?

Hi there, I have found that some of my members could not log in with kACARS. after a long search and tests, I found that some Pilot number have numerical digits in the first 3 digits. We have a virtual air force, and this we use airlines as squadrons. Thus for example, 28 Squadron pilot numbers will be 28S0030. Now, kACARS do not pick up that pilot ID. BUT when, for example I took the same Pilot ID, and use any different first 3 alphabetical digits, such as UVS0030, kACARS log in perfectly, BUT then it does not pick up in the phpVMS Does anyone have a idea how to rectify this, instead of changing all my Squadron names? the website is http://www.uvsaaf.fsworld.co.za/inde…

Hello, I'm new on Phpvms, and I'm stuck on the install. I'm following the dummies guide, after setting up the database, I dont know how to run the install. I'm stuck on this (copy from manual) 3.02 In this next illustration I have outlined the "Install.php". Please understand this is not an executable file. What you need to do is right click on this file and scroll down to properties "Click" open and copy the URL path to the "Install.php" Can somebody explain me how to do that?
