Good evening, Problem solved!! Just one file missing. Sorry about this. Have a nice evening. I already read some threads about the problem before, but nothing helped to solve my problem. So, let me just describe. If I am going to bid a flight (using Firefox) I click on "Add to bid" but nothing happens. No failure message or something else. The page just remains like it was before. The API-Key is set correctly. I guess there is a failure in the schedule_results.tpl but I'm not sure about this. Hello Nabeel, or somebody else, Our flight map at WVA is not working entirely... FSAcars flights are showing up okay, even without a bid, but FSPax flights do'nt show up, even with a bid... Any solutions? Renzo

Hi, how can I make book flights as well as on FSAirlines? Example: The pilot fly from UMKK to UNOO, but from UNOO so that you can only book a return flight and not all that exist, please help I can pay you! do we need very much, except pilots will not book flights back and all that exist Aeroflot Airlines

is there any way i could make it so that instead of have to add each flight route individually i could have a list that the pilot selects from when he/she files a flight report. (i don't intend on using fsacars or anything like that)

Here I go, again... Some questions concerning the PIREP system: - How does the system recognize the date the flight was done (without using FsAcars)? Ex: If I have made a flight yesterday but I file the PIREP only tomorrow, which date it will take into consideration? Depending the answer, would it be possible to include that in phpVMS in the next release?? - Same question about the departure and arrival time. We have to indicate the flight time but not the departure and arrival time? Hello i was trying to add a custom airport i have added it but seems to be way off the coordinates in the live map i have tried everything if any one can help be greatly appreciated. I though maybe i was inserting them wrong here are the coordinates: N36°02.03' W114°48.05' how would i insert that into the adding custom airport area. Hi there, i have a weired question. We are using phpvms for our business virtual airline. So we have created a "schedule" and removed afterwards the App / Dep airports directly from the database with phpmyadmin. So every pilot can take his aircraft and fly where he wants to fly. I have noticed now that when for example the pilot starts XACARS and the Fligthsim and loads a FlightNr. into XACARS (screenshot) than the live map shows the current position with the aircraft icon but also shows a route also on the map. Here my question: 1) Can this be disabled, so that i only see the aircraft symbol and not the 2 Towers from Arrivial and depature airport connected with the …

Hello, I would like to add all the fleet on each route flown, is there any option to do that automatically without having to write the very same route all over again for every aircraft?? Ex: If I have 3 Aircraft: A320 with reg: N123, N456, N789 And if I am creating route from point A to point B Flight UAL007 Then Do I really have to write 3 route insted of one with all 3 reg? ex: A to B UAL007 N123 A to B UAL007 N456 A to B UAL007 N789 I am asking that because I have a real fleet listing with 22 different aircraft type and each type got between 10 to 20 reg... Ok I can not edit one of my Airport in the admin section. It is listed as KVGB and should be KVBG. It lets me put the correct IVAO in but then changes it back to the wrong one when I click the Edit Button. Next how can we delete Airports. And finally When I add new Airports and click Lookup it does not Find Most of the new ones I am putting in. Mind You We are a Military VA So most are USAF Bases or US naval Air Stations. Any Ideas or Help would be appreciated. Lloyd

GREAT JOB on the latest version BTW. I am just wondering, I exported, changed, and them imported my scedules. It would seem that the update works, however none of the fees have changed. Does the import not include the cost of the flight updates ? Thanks again !

About two dayas ago was installed the last beta, after that no pirpes are recorder on database, via xcars or manually, i check all pireps sent by myself, route, time, aircraft, departure arrival, etc.... Database was checked gor any bug but is clean, after install the las beta version 10 pireps were uploaded on it, but after installation no new records appears. Live map also no working and no shoing on line pilots.......i put this post after check all things and also reinstall las beta version. Any suggestion?? Regards

Ok, first I did what sim pilot suggested on the below forum post. I made it where retired pilots don't show on the public pilot roster but do show on the backend pilot list and I set that no pilots can login if they are retired. http://forum.phpvms.net/index.php?topic=2099.0 Anyways, When I go look at an account that was auto retired their status doesn't change. It still says "Active". Is there a way that when a pilot auto retires their status changes on the backend so I won't have any issues seeing which pilots are in "Inactive" status? Also, perhaps a sort function could be included to sort by active and inactive on the backend. I'm running beta 868. Thanks, …

I need some help with staff logging into the admin center, i am not using the PHPVMS navigation and my nav bar is static so i do not want everyone to see an admin center link. I have all administration resources in one web page, is there a way for staff to log into phpVMS and then get redirected to the admin panel. my goal is to have staff go Admin login to website==>login for phpVMS==> redirected to admin panel inside phpVMS Thanks, and i know this may not be the clearest explanation so dont be afraid to ask.

I'm having a import problem, when i imported a CSV timetable and it appears that Saturday is not on? i have those numbers, 0123456, i want the Monday, Tues, Wend, Thurs, Fri, Saturday, And Sunday. But the saturday won't not be checked in the route edit. Why is that a problem?

Hi, i have edited the airports with the correct chart links. for example: LOWI --> http://www.vacc-austria.org/?page=content/chartlist&icao=LOWI But when the pilots goes to pilot brief there is no chart available, because in the section "charts for LOWI" there is this link --> http://www.airnav.com/airport/LOWI#ifr Any idea how to get the links from the database to be displayed there?
