Hi Nabeel, I was wondering whether it would be possible to change the format used to show total hours flown by an aircraft. I think the issue stems from the time first entered into the PIREP as a non-standard format, e.g. 1.3 for 1 hr 30 mins rather than 1.5 or 90 mins. As such, the total hours flown by one of my aircraft is showing as 3.9 which of course is actually 4 hrs 30 mins. It's not a mega problem, but just one which results in some head scratching when looking at the reports in the admin reports section

Hi all, Not really that PHPVMS oriantated but, does anyone know how you would go about putting a live metar report on a website? Also, would this be something that could be intergrated into a PHPVMS module or something? cheers

probably a simple question, AND has nothing to do with an issue! What do I need to add/change to control the zoom level on the live map? I checked the Google API site, and must have been looking in the wrong area since the code was somewhat different from what is in the program. Thanks!

For some reason I can't get avatars working for some reason? The avatars folder is set to 777 but it still doesn't seem to work?

Hi all, I've just updated to the build 700 and found that the add bid button has gone from the schedules page. I've checked the templates (in dreamweaver the button shows), made sure they are in the skin folder properly and to no avail. Any help is apreciated! cheers, roboa

Hi all I created a pilot group in the admin panel. Put all teh specs in gavce it a name and saved. Alittle green box shows that the pilot group had been added, but the groups I created do not show up at all in the list. I double checked the database and its not entered there either. Thanks

Hi, What i'm trying to is put the routemap of all the flights onto another page with other stuff. I am presuming that I can call the routemap like this: <?php Module::Show('Routemap.php'); ?> However that wouldn't work. Is it possible? The other thing was, will the phpvms admin page system allow php? cheers, roboa

Hi Guys, Can anyone help ? When I display the live map a pilot who was online 2 days ago and logged off still shows on the live map. It may well have been a bad disconnect from FSacars, and has not closed the plan. How do I clear this redundant flight and is there an automatic clear down in the event of tyhis happening again ? Currently creating a new VA site and want to use FSACARS we have installed the files off the SATA site and when we try to send a pirep it throws an error. In the error.log is says [ERROR 26.05.09 15:45:29] PILOT: EZEEZE003 - Error opening report file - EZEEZE00320090526120100.txt I'm sure Nabeel had some probs like this just wonder if anyone can help us figure it out. Please no replies about using VMS as its not the solution i need thanks Nabeel for VMS it got my VA off the ground!

Below is the bug report from my site. Issue : Hours for flights flown using FSACARS are not being counted correctly when the PIREP is filed from within FSACARS Example : http://www.ceruleanairlines.com/main/index.php/profile/view/4 Should show as 4.7 not 4.07 Original Report : Quote I filed a PiREP today for one of the ferry flights in the MD83. I filed a 4.7 hour flight with the use of FSACARS (which i didn't show up on the map.) However on my pilot page it shows 4.07 hours, basically getting docked over .5 hours of flight time. Can we please just use tenths (.1) and not go to the hundredth (.01) It would make life so much easier Smiley

i have looked though the forums to a solution to this but if this is a multiply post then i will say sorry for posting before i ask the question. well there's two things really when i try to accept a pilot from the link on the admin panel which says application pending i goto double click on the accept but it takes me to a page which has the pilots application but it chages the background to just plain white we are using the latest version of phpvms and i'm using IE8 also when you go into the admin panel the graph which use to load up just says loading all the time and it is since the update or is there possibly something i'm doing wrong???

Hello I am installing phpVMS for my VA. I have an error. I went in this file .../phpvms/install/install.php I put all the informations about my MySQL server. After that, phpVMS wrote tables in my MySQL server. I have just done a reinstall of PHPVMS and all went well. I had my old skins folder so i have been using that from the start and everything is working well with it. I decided to use the default skin to see if I was missing out on any features and thats where my problem starts. No schedules appear in the schedule search. If I place my old schedule_results.tpl into the crystal skins folder all is OK. I updated to the latest beta to see if that would fix it but nope. Any ideas of what I should do will be most appreciated

I have just moved from another hosting provider to a new reseller account I have started up, but... I tried to export and import the MySQL database from the old one to the new one but it won't let me import to the new one in phpMyAdmin. I am stuck now because I have a photo gallery, phpBB forum and 2 phpVMS (1 standby/backup). I am going to keep trying to export it and import it in other ways to see if it works but I wonder if anybody else knows how to do it? Because my old host had my DirectAdmin username (goldenair) then put _forum so it was 'goldenair_forum' but I can't do that with my reseller package. Thanks.

Ok so no one posted a working Joomla -> PHPVMS bridge so I'm going to have a go writing my own. What I need to know is: does the password Salt have to be set correctly or can I use a default Salt Value? If it unique based on the user registration data how is it created, so I can recreate it in Joomla?
