Hi, When trying to post a PIREP the system justs redirects me to the login page and doesn't send the PIREP through to the Admin panel. The same happens when I try to search for flights eg. Departue Airport hit find flights and i'm at the login page. Any Advice?

I had two pilots, deleted one and changed the info on another, now i have no way to get into the Admin Panel, im kind of stuck, you think there is any way for me to go into phpmyadmin and manually approve the information changes? Thanks

Hi all Ok I have phpvms installed and skinned and all running sweet as, I still have alot to do but the core is there and working. Now my question is I have some pre build php pages built from my last site, how do I get them to use the PHPVMS header and foodter tpl pages so the navigation is sycronised sitewide? what code would I have to add to these pages? or is it just a case of puting a page in its own modual folder and calling it from the navigation by setting up a manual link in core navigation? please bare in mind I'm no php coder when you give me an answer I can work it out after many hours of sairting blankley at it but no way can I write it. many thanks

Hi everyone I have set up this wonderful system, skinned it and so far so good however I get the following error in the financial sumery and reports:Warning: set_time_limit() [function.set-time-limit]: Cannot set time limit in safe mode in /customers/nexissair.co.uk/nexissair.co.uk/httpd.www/core/common/ChartGraph.class.php on line 182 Dose any one know how to get arround this? Hi. Just moved over to phpvms as it has fsacars and fspassengers integration so well done. One thing which seems to be missing is when a new pilot signs up, I don't get an email alerting me to this. Am I missing something or is this not possible?

Hi guys, I have a problem that has already been posted to the forum but i cannot reply to that topic so thats why i post a new one. When i do an fspassengers flight and send it over to phpvms, everything looks good, i can accept the flight and that works without a problem. Then i go to the financial part, but there is no income showed.... there are expenses but no revenue and stuff. I made the route and filled in the ticket price so that should not be the problem. I ve got version 1.2.628 hope you can help me out here. Thanks a bunch! MrA

Hello , phpVMS seems to be a very powerful tool for managing airlines. I am the Chairman and Founder of the DCVA (DCVA.net). We are operating at the whole world, flying VIPs with our Bizjets. The thing is, that i have thought of chaning our old manual programmed booking system to phpVMS. 1. At the Flightplan section, is it possible to create turns with more than one flight. So that a pilot is able to book a "job" with multiple flights ? 2. Is it possible to report manual flights ? Flights where no Flightplan was generated , and the pilots flew just for fun with our Aircrafts ? Thanks for your support and your answers Best regards Moritz

When I go to add airport the template disapears and all i get is unformatted text on a white background The add airport doesn't work at all actually... as well as a loading graphic that won't go away...

Hi guys...can you help with this one: I have new register pilotos, with more than 1000 hours, i manually add the hours to the pilot profil and they are registered in rouster, but when the pilots fly and send a pirep, the hours are reset on the roster. Thanks

When the system is adding your flights to the data base it is adding it +2 instead of +1, the addition is wrong. [example]Before my flight today I had 10 flights, after my flight I had 12. Everything else appears to be ok. The only other small thing I see is when clicking get flight from VA in FsAcars it isn't pulling the aircraft.

I've been truly amazed at how simple this system is to setup and use, and I've finally hit a road block. I've added a page through the admin center that is supposed to go to a SMF forum set-up from the front page, and I've tried using a php redirect to link it, but it doesn't work. When you click on the link, it still shows the sidebar and just says Forums in the title. What am I not doing right? If it helps, the directory structure looks like this http://mid-americanva.comyr.com/index.php The forums are at http://mid-americanva.comyr.com/smf/index.php If it helps, I do have access to view and edit my .htaccess file.

I have a question. Well, i use the PHPVMS with FsPax, i tried to send the PIREP directly from FsPax to VA's PHPVMS without File a Report from the Pilot Center. 2 times got it successfuly and when i went to the Admin Panel, I saw it as a PIREP and i accepted... But, the last 3 days i do it that, the system isn't show me the PIREP and i must to go from the Pilot Center to File it... Hi nabeel, Long time, no see ! I noticed the other day a bug wich I don't see any reporting it here... When FSACARS sends 01h23min, the systems understands it as 1.23 which is not really the way it is supposed to be calculated ! (more like 1.45) Is the latest build doing that again ?

I am just wondering is it possible to get the pilot ID's to still be in sequential order even if you reject a new pilot? As i have had two bots sign up and there are 8 pilots but it goes from GAC0006 to GAC0008 to GAC0010 is there a way to get them back in order? Cheers Dan C

I've been experiencing a problem over the last week with the time. A pilot recently signed up and did about 3 flights which totaled to 12.2 hours but it was showing his total time at 24 hours. Then I realized all my other pilots were experiencing the same problem. The system is showing my va's total flight time at 33 hours(doubt that is correct) but still the hours I have as a pilot is 71.11 and one of my other pilots has 67.13. Please help.

A pilot has just flown for my VA using FSACARS but his flight has not gone from the live map page, and he has already finished the flight and closed FSACARS. Why is it there, and I have cleared my cache too. Cheers Dan C

G'day, Since the update version of PHPVMS in FSacars the "flight from VA" button works but when I Stop Log and then except the flight I get a conversion error. Then when I look at the log I have a zero hour flight. The flight uploads to the VA ok but with zero hours. I have tried using FSacars to record the flight entering all the flight/plane data manually and everything works fine so there seems to be a problem still with getting flight from VA. I have tried reinstalling FSacars and I have used the latest .ini but still have the same problem.

After filling in the information on the initial install page and checking the database path, I click the "Next Step" button and it comes right back to the same initial page with reset fields (blank). It appears that the install program has created 22 tables in the database but will go no further. There are no error messages. I'm pretty sure I've set the correct permissions as instructed. Any ideas?? Thanks. Phil
