Hello all, recently my host that I use for my Virtual Airline's website and database, decided their host needed to change. In the process, my entire PHPVMS system got screwed. Here's the main issues I've been trying to fix for the past 3 weeks. Error logs have not been of much use for me as it will say there's an error on line 120 of xyz.php, but doesn't point to what is causing that error. I'm extremely new to coding and self taught so this has got me super confused. Main issues: - Cannot import fleet from the admin panel. When I click "Import Aircraft" and upload the CSV ( I use VA Systems to get these), it will say "Processing Import" and runs through…

Hi, Our VA was online for some good years but past 2 weeks I started suffering a lot of problems and slow. System is running with PHP7.2 and MySQL 5.5, we have IPS integrated too . phpVMS Version 5.5.2 what issue am suffering now is sometimes database connection will not establish for while even I got several time max connection reach while checking my tables in phpmyadmin. am not sure really what is casing problem. We have cron for IPS every minute and will download data from IVAO every 3 minutes but I can see that from time to time it will skip the 3 min and don't update up to 20 minutes sometimes. while this happening everything seems …

Hello i am doing some change in VA by design and program a new admin skin i have problem which is i can't add/see pireps comment or do any action like reject / accept / delete the flight as well as i can't accept or reject any pending pilot . it was work fine without problem i am not sure this is because or .js file or jquery when i click for example Log or comment it should open in box but i got this result as shown even accept or reject button dose not work >>

Running version simpilot 5.5.2 I changed the ranks by deleting all the old ranks and adding in the new ones as a result of implementing some VA updates, however following, when I went into the manage fleet section to change the ranks (as well as many other values) an error message saying "There was error editing the aircraft". Not only that but adding onto that, I am unable to delete users who are no longer with the VA, and unable to add new aircrafts into the fleet. Any causes to the error and any remedies to the situation? Help is greatly appreciated.

I have no idea why I can't add aircraft to phpvms. Using ElaSkin 2018. I was able to add airports. Downloaded .csv aircraft and tried uploading and didn't work. Is there anyone that could go in and take a look?

Hello all. I made a banner for my virtual airline. I changed it to the size of the original banner, and named it header.jpg. I uploaded the banner to my server into the skin/images folder, but it won't change on the website. I previewed the image on the server and it is the right image. I have tried: 1.) clearing my browser cache 2.) clearing phpvms cache in settings. Any thoughts? Thank You.

I know the readme.md says that it installs on PHP7.2, and may install on PHP7.0 or 7.1, but what if my only PHP options are 5.6 or 7.3? The readme says it won't work on 7.3+, but are there any plans on actually making it compatible?

Good day Our Live flight board is not working since we started our VA. Neither the map or the current flights in the tab below works. I have read a few posts on the forum and tried many inputs but I am still lost on what to do. I have installed a theme onto the VA in the hopes that the crystal theme is faulty but it seems that it did not work. Our live map on the main page seems to work and flight log book page with map of pilots own flights work as well. Any suggestions or help will be appreciated.

So I uploaded a clean install of phpvms to the live server and was just running through the install, and after putting in my DB info it gave some php error about it needing to be a string. I tinkered with it a bit, hit the 'test connection' button and it gave me an error saying accessis denied for me. Problem is that my DB username and DB name have an underscore in them. The error message truncated the underscore and everything after it. I'm going to try upping my (already installed) local copy, and altering the local.config by hand. wish me luck. Hey, just a question, or maybe a feature request. Is it possible to set pilot ranks as admin ranks, or force change ranks? Because my virtual airlines (Virtual Norwegian Airforce) depends on certain people having different ranks and access to different parts of the admin center. Is that possible? Mathias

Hi Nabeel and all, I absolutely love the new stuff.... Nice job. One small problem I have encountered. I did a complete new install of the latest and I seem to get a really slow admin panel. Maybe I am missing something. I updated this morning, I threw my skin in the lib folder. I know that I must update some of the templates, but when I threw in some of the changes its jacking my site just from entering one bit of php code. Mainly the pilots public profile page... > > Anyone else experiencing this?

Everything is looking alright so far, except for 3 things. 1. I get the famous "Warning: fopen(/xxxx/xxxx/xxx/lib/js/jquery-admin.js) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /xxxx/xxxxxx/public_html/core/classes/CodonCondenser.class.php on line 89" error. What should the file be set to? 2. It says I have 1 pending registration. I accepted the pilot earlier. Now when I try to re accept it, I click, but nothing happens. 3. Lastly, some of the aircraft are just (), no registration or anything.

When I go to add airport the template disapears and all i get is unformatted text on a white background The add airport doesn't work at all actually... as well as a loading graphic that won't go away...

Hello! When I downloaded the "update.zip" it also includes files that are not updated (not mentioned in the changelog), so if I upload all these files it will also overwrite files that are modified by me, for example, most of the templates and so on. So it is quite hard work to get everything to work in correct way again. Also when doing this "restore" operation I may also accidentally overwrite some new flies with older backup files, in order to get the site to look like it used to be before the update. Well, if I am using a drop down menu how to arrange that within the core_navigation.tpl ? For example I may have a link to the pilot center droping down from "operations" but how do I show that only to logged in people? And also the logout and admin, where do I put my links for those in the core navigation as they also drop down from "operations"? many thanks, roboa
