I had to pull my logo off one of my VA's to adjust the contrast. When I try and upload it again, I get this message. This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying. For more information about HTTP errors, see Help. I changed the text and saved, no issue - but attempting to re-install the logo and save, this is the issue. Nothing has changed except I gave it a little more contrast as I mentioned.

I've recently registered on vaCentral and I was trying to upload a logo, but it doesn't work. When I go to gallery, browse and click on Save, it gets stuck. Please tell me how to upload the logo.

Nabeel, Since changing site URL's in VA Central's live map all my live flights and not showing any data, If pilots use xacars the data is populated ok but if they use kACARS then nothing is shown, everything is fine on my sites map and acars page all data is showing. Screen shot attached.

Umm, I lead merlion Virtual Airlines in FlightGear Flight Simulator and so far we've been doing comparatively great. We also have a phpVMS website Over here but it's a shame that we can't get on vaCentral. My host doesn't provide me with cURL and when I check the phpVMS install, it says that cURL is required for communication with vaCentral. Is there any other way for our VA stats to go on vaCentral? Thanks a lot! EDIT* - To get cURL, we need to pay and my dad's not letting me.

ok I set up the manual ranks but my pilots are saying that they only have and hour until their next promotion. How can I change that? My ranks are military based so I have no need for hours, and I set up the ranks to where they are 0 for 2nd LT and 9 for General. Also for newhire, How can I make it automatic that they get 2nd LT? Hello, I'm VERY new to all this...working on getting my VA going, work in progress.... I have 2 questions so far in regards to using FS Flight Keeper and phpVMS. 1) When I'm flying it shows me on the Live Map but the distance is way off. For example I was flying KFLL-MYNN and it shows me 4800miles from my destination, when the actual distance is more like 160nm. How would I go about correcting this? 2) When I complete flight and submit my Pirep it shows all the flight information except the Aircraft Type. I can edit the pirep and select my aircraft and then all is fine, but I was wondering how to make it show the aircraft without having to edit this part. When I s…

We were wondering on what vaCentral's position is on having a VA send pireps that do not include the Pilot's Name? We would like to send our pireps, except that our current privacy policy forbids us from using the pilot's name. Would it be possible just to use the pilot's callsign as his name instead of his real name? If not, we will have to look and see if we can change our privacy policy. Thanks in advance,

Hi all, We have been looking at vaCentral for quite sometime and finally opened an account and setup our VA. On the home page of vaCentral it says "you can implement your code to talk to vaCentral through XML." When registering, there was a link to a user guide, but it was a dead link and we have a couple of questions: 1. As we are not using phpVMS, but another automated system our pilots use for sending flight reports (currently FSAcars, but will be updating to our own inhouse system later this year), where do we need to place the XML code? 2. We do not have fixed routes. We have what is called a Free Flying Policy where pilots can fly any route that they like. How …

Gday Nabeel Sorry, ive really screwed this up Ive got 2 identical VA's running in VA Central, ive got one which is linked to my working account, and another which i cant delete seeing as VACentral locked me out of that account, can you please manually delete the second one, currently ranked 134 on page 14 please.

My pilot are receiving this error when trying to submit a pirep: An error has occured in the script on this page. Line 127 Chat 2 Error Object expected Code: 0 This is in the coustom.js file. This is line 127 Any ideas on how to fix this? Happening with FSAcars

Hello together! VA-Central stops since aprox 4 days (it starts with an error, shows flights without dep-arr) updating rigth. i get no score but a few flights done every day. Pireps not match witch the flights( flights 18 and pireps 34?). only flighthours, schedules and pilots match rigth. The ranking goes down.i tried wipe out all data, but without a success (only pirep list shows now right). I have noticed some errors in VACentral, When i submit a pirep or another one of my pilots, it defaults the flown time to flown over 4-5 hours ago, and the pirep was only just submitted, why is that? Also The first P is obviously for Pilots not pireps, so that may be needing fixing And the yesterday score, if that is not being used, why is it there? As it always says yesterdays score 0. These are just some observations.

Also I have spoken in vacentral pireps 91, but I have 51 pireps if they can fix this bug. ps: was not changed anything in the company to give this bug. Portuguese: diz que tenho 0 pilotos, mas tenho 18 pilotos na empresa. por isso os pontos da empresa foram para 0, indo para o rank 285 quando antes estava no 136. tambem fala no vacentral que tenho 91 pireps, mas que tenho 51 pireps se puderem consertar esse bug. obs: nao foi modificado nada …
