Well, I've been using FSX for a long while, and after a bit of a hiatus due to collegiate obligations I'm considering starting up a VA project. The basic idea I have is a low-cost carrier based in California, preferably an airport in the Los Angeles area. Right now it's between LAX and Ontario Int'l as a base. The airline would start off operating city-hopper services within California, with maybe a few services to areas in Nevada or Arizona. I'm thinking that it might start off with a fleet of Embraer jetliners, most likely EMB-170s but maybe 190s. As with anyone who has used a flight sim for any length of time I want to start a VA. Well, I want to desin one, for personal use to begin with. Being in the process of moving house and starting a new job Im not sure how much free time I will have, but if I have the time I would like to launch it before the end of 2015. A resolution of sorts. Hi All, I've been working on a project for my VA, and I had an idea to make it bigger. You know how VAs, especially new ones need routes. It takes time and energy to make them. Well, my idea is a Give and Receive Route Project. It is basically where VAs share all their routes in a large route import file, and that file is free for anyone to use with their VA. The only few rules are that every time a VA uses the routes in the file, that they put all of their (freeware) routes in that file. In return, they may download and use all/any of the routes as they wish. No one may in any way sell this file. All routes put into this file are to be freeware, or made by the VA. …

Hello all! Man, have we gotten so many suggestions and words of advice on our liveries! We have been working hard for the past couple months to bring you this: Soar Virtual Airlines new livery: We have gotten rid of the ugly black and orange site colors and liveries and have a completely new look! Half of the aircraft (16 aircraft types in total) have had their repaints done and all of them will be on our site within a couple of days. I don't want go get into any illegal stuff with this, so I am creating my own name for my virtual airline etc. I just need some ideas on what I could name it.
