hey guys, check out my brand new airline from msflights.net! http://pilots.msflights.net/ also check out the route map I am working on to see how I plan to run this VA: http://www.msflights.net/pilots/phpvms/index.php/pages/routemap I want this to be more of a casual airline, so people are allowed to fly whatever plane they want to. We can also all fly the routes together in multiplayer, because I set the bids to always show, even when someone else has bid on one. We also have a teamspeak3 server set up so if you want to come and chat, please feel free. teamspeak3 server is: ks.jmainguy.com We usually have group flights a few times per week. let me know if you have …

Atlantic International Virtual Airlines announces plan to convert to a legacy virtual airline during 2013. A letter to its members from the Chief Executive Officer, indicated due to a steady declining of the flight simulation/virtual airlines community, it would make sense to compete with other legacy virtual airlines. We will start discussing among our staff and members, said Michael DuPont, Chief Operations Officer. Once a decision is made on which airline that we will select and get official legal permission, we will start the development thereafter. Please continue to monitor our latest development by visiting our website at http://www.atlintlvirtual.org.

Hello folks, Recently I have completed building a new virtual airline: skybluevirtual.com/en , but realized that I don't have as much time to invest in as I did previously, due to recent mass projects. Therefore I would like to offer the CEO title to one very dedicated person. Currently the virtual airline operates 5 variants of aircrafts with over 2600 schedules. The virtual airline's website is completely built along with 60% of the liveries created. Everything is setup, along with complete hosting, a custom acars system, facebook page, and a teamspeak server. I am basically offering the ceo position which does include cPanel, but includes complete control of the oper…

Hello, As I've discussed and floated a couple times on the VATSIM forum, I am starting a new virtual airline, called Torrent. *Torrent is a realism-focused virtual airline based of Flint, Michigan, KFNT. *Torrent is thematically based around a low-cost airline concept, flying packed 737s to metropolitan areas in the United States, as well as future overseas flights. *Torrent will not rank pilots based on hours, except to grant pilots who have logged numerous with Torrent a "senior pilot" title. *As part of Torrent's realism focus, Torrent will use realistic aircraft, ideally the PMDG 737-700NGX, or the iFly 737-700. Repaints will only be available for the PMDG(at lea…

The Montreal FIR and Moncton FIR are poised for what will be an epic crossfire event between the Montreal Trudeau International Airport (CYUL) and the Halifax Stanfield International Airport (CYHZ). As FIRs staff their respective airports from the ground up for this four hour event, all virtual airlines and pilots are invited to pick their favourite departure airport (CYHZ or CYUL) and fly to the other. Your pilot skill level doesn't matter! Your choice of aircraft is irrelevant! Your carrier of choice is up to you! Join the skies over Eastern Canada, challenge the skills of the controllers and score a point for your favourite departure airport!! Hope you see you on No…

As you will all know Gamespy is no more, some say good riddance, while others miss having somewhere they can fly together if they do not have the confidence to fly on VATSIM or IVAO. I’m from UKVirtual, we have a dedicated hardware server in a UK data centre (not a VPS). We have FSD and Teamspeak 2 installed (like many other VA’s have) so it is basically the same as VATSIM but without the pressure of needing to communicate with controllers if they don’t have the confidence (now I’m repeating myself!) As Gamespy has gone, I would like to offer any VA’s the option to use our server to fly together, I know some use FSHost but personally I think the FSD software i…

Hello to you all, There is a new kid on the block within the military/civilian VA world. Two friends and myself started RAF Air UK after being involved with both military and civilian VAs for over 20 years between us. We offer both offline and online flying. Offline flights can be with FS2004/FSX, but for online flights we require FS2004 simply due to the fact that everyone has to have the same scenery/aircraft installed so we see the same as each other. The online flights take place using multi-player which enables us to provide training for those new to flight simulator and also means that we can create scenarios that reflect how the RAF carry out their duties in the…

This month’s challenge is an easy passenger run this month. No VFR cross-country flying, picking up equipment in fog and snow storms, just an 80% passenger load from Toronto (CYYZ) to Halifax (CYHZ). But... For the February Challenge you can only fly an aircraft that is in your rank. What's this mean? If you are Captain rated, you can only use an aircraft from the Captain level, nothing higher and nothing lower. Same goes for all the ranks, only the aircraft listed in your rank, based on the Canadian Xpress® website, ranking system. This levels the playing field for those who have been around for years and can land a small aircraft at -100 any day of the week,…
