You probably put it into the wrong template file. Try starting from scratch. In your header.tpl, are you following the instructions in the docs on what to include in there?

Where are you putting it?

The directions changed a bit for FSFK, for the flight number you have to enter the code with it, instead of just the number (so it's consistent with the other ACARS programs). I had updated the docs, take a look at them again real quick

Weird, it's nearly instant on the dev site. Are you on shared hosting? There's a few "cron" processes which run (checking for retired pilots, etc) but those shouldn't have too much of an effect on speed. I'll see if I can spot anything specific by turning on slow query logging in mysql. Thanks

"says 40.912miles when its 40 and 18 minutes shows as 0.1818 i think the info is in the decimal format" well 40/40.912 is close enough lol, and I'll check out the time thing, thanks. Glad ACARS works now though. The issue was with airports with quotes in the name

Ahh, woops, I confused it with the PIREP field. Well you can add that custom field, and they can type in the aircraft there. Let me see if I can add a dropdown option there

Added PIREP editing on the pilot side, the rest are just bug fixes. Hopefully ACARS is working now. Run /install/checkinstall.php and paste in the output, go ahead and upgrade. Also, I need ACARS data to just verify and test - empty the core/logs/acars.txt, do a flight (FSACARS and FSFK are what I need), and then send the log to me, or attach here. I'm still working on the missing pie chart, very strange problem. Not quite sure what's going on, but it's puzzled me. Per-airline stats are coming too, just did the first part to those today. I've kinda pegged a release date... it's soon, but the bug list is pretty light now, just minor fixes here and there

How about http://dev.phpvms.net? I've spent alot of time in this release speeding up backend code, it runs real fast. The issue is probably that those are all on shared hosting, which is always be slow

Copy it over from the app.config.php file. Any settings which aren't in the local.config but in the app.config, you have to copy them over to take effect
