Hi Nabeel, I have an idea that I wanted to float by you. Would it be possible to extrapolate a rough heading of the flight by taking the present position and comparing it to the intended destination? If so, adding some extra icons to the image folder, say an icon oriented for every five degree increment and then calling up the appropriate icon to display on the map. It would not be perfect since it would always want to point to the lat and long of the destination while you are sitting at the gate. Hey guys, I know this has been re-hashed over and over and I've tried doing what was recommended to no avail so, I would like to appologize ahead of time for that. The issue that I'm having is apparently the Google API key is invalid (per the prompts im receiving) and or being used by another client. I've attempted to update the key, both manually (through the script) as well as automatically (through the phpVMS Google API option) with the same results. The google map will not load, nor will the list of pilots who are flying so I seriously wonder if it's port related or just Google Maps locking us out. Hello dear community, i saw that this problem happened in this forum two weeks ago, but i have no idea to fix the problem ;-) i updated to version 1.2.661 and the content pages are not shown anymore. i deleted the pages and tried to create new ones but without any results. i just can see the basic pages from the phpvms on my site. the created site is marked as enabled and public,too. the update 1.2.661 fixed many problems and it´s great! good work! i will be the happiest pilot to upload my content pages on the site, too :-) so if you have any idea to fix it, please let me know. should i reinstall the update or the whole program? thank you very much for your support! …

Alrighty here is the deal, one of my pilots has posted on out site saying that he submitted a pirep and its not showing in his recent pireps. I go to the admin panel and the flight he flew before the one that did not show up is there in good flying colors. Yet the other one says he is missing the aircraft reg. and name, so would this cause it to not show up in his recent pireps cause as soon as i added the name and reg it showed....?? Here is his post.. So im guessing it didnt show cause of the no aircraft name and reg. Just thought i would ask thanks.

Hi friend. We are facing a problem when sending the log to the server. After stopping the log, and accepting the flight, when i send it i receive the following message. DATABASE ERROR, but the log is written to the log.txt file and in the SQL table. The problem is only when concluding because the file ""pilot number".dat" is not removed from FSACAR folder. Hello Again, let me put it that way Since 2008 we had two AC, each 50000 per month - that means 100000 totally Now (in May) we bought a third one and added another 50000 per month - that means 150000 totally The problem is that effects all previous months too. Hi, I'm very new to PHP and PHPHVMS in particular. I host my website on bluehost and am encountering a problem with accessing my newly created database. I used to have another php system on my website which someone else designed for me but I decided to opt for PHPVMS because of the opportunities it has to offer. Now, to be honest, the install guide isn't much helpful and after having looked in this forum, all request for help was either answered specific to the host type (which is why I mentioned my host) or was re-directed to the primary guide - but that's the reason why we resort for help to these forums. I am trying to use a "user online script I found.......Being that I just just spent the last 3 hours searching for an answer, I am posting here. Hi nabeel, I discovered a point which is a bit confusing while using firefox or IE : When entering a PIREP manually, firefox limits departure airport to the airports in existing schedules (OK) but IE does not... Is it possible to remove departure airport limitation as we would like our pilot to do some charter flights... and choose their own departure airports... ? Cheers !

I spoke with Nabeel about this and thought I would run it by the PHPVMS community. I want to have a field or fields for the aircraft. When you add aircraft you would have either a one time purchase field or a lease field that would charge per flight hour. What do you guys think?
