Hello, We are going to buy a license for our VA that we will host on a local personal server in order to configure it and then transfer it to an OVH server. Will we be able to use the same license or will we have to buy a new one. Thank you for your answer.

Hello, I'm hoping for a bit of nudge in the right direction, as the subject says I'd like VMSAcars to show the speed when certain events happen (gear raised/lowered flaps raised/lowered). I have read through the following pages, I managed to following the instructions and do the example, https://docs.phpvms.net/acars/customizing/customization & https://docs.phpvms.net/acars/customizing/tutorial To be honest I'm not really sure what I'm doing or if it is even possible. I have VMSAcars Premium & I am running the latest stable release of VMSAcars. Thank you for any help or pointers

Hello, For example during a hard landing to avoid cheating (yes that also exists) the pilot cancel and erase his pirep. Can we prevent a driver from deleting canceled Pireps ?

I just made my phpVMS site live for my VA, and in so doing I changed the domain name to our normal website domain from the testing domain that it was using. How can I change the "valid domains" to the right one in the vmsHosts website? FWIW I was testing the site using the url www.shootingstarfan.com, and in making it live I changed the domain and url to www.flycoa.com, and this is what I need to change the "valid domains" to on the vmsHosts site. Hey. Just did the first flight with vmsACARS. Flight went well, tracked on the map and looked great. Then, when I ended the flight, about 3 seconds later, it killed the tracker, so I couldn't actually file it. When I reopened tracker, it would reopen for 3 seconds then quit, so sadly, that's my flight progress lost. Anyone else had this issue and any advice? Thankyou!

All of my pilots have suddenly started reporting this issue: FSUIPC or AcarsConnect were not found in the sim folder. This error message is misleading as up until recently they were able to fly without issues, so this isn't due to incorrect installation. The only recent change I made is setting up CloudFlare in an attempt to keep the site online after recent DDoS-esque outages. However this has been first disabled, then completely uninstalled in an attempt to get vmsACARS back up. Can someone advise urgently please. I put this message in the ACARS Testing forum since not sure if you want others knowing some people are testing it, so you won't get a big flood of people asking to test it. So a few days ago I messed with the mail parameters in the phpvms config.php file. I did something wrong and got an error while trying to file a pirep. I took out everything to what I though was correct. I have it set to what the example in at docs.phpvms.net has set. Not sure what I screwed up but now I get get the error while filing. This happens in the ACARS app. When I go to the web side, I see that it has added the pirep to my flights, but after I edit and then hit submit, it error…

Hi gents, I just had an episode whereby my web host disconnected all my sites due to "excessive server requests". While this was resolved after much grief with their support staff, the core issue is not solved, and this is also not the first time such an event has happened. Hi @Nabeel and all v7 testers, Found a strange behavior within vmsAcars. Will explain my setup and result, hope it help you to imagine the situation (or re-create in a test setup) 1. Created my subfleet (ex. A321-OHY) 2. Inserted some aircrafts to the database and assigned them to that subfleet 3. Created my fares as Economy - Domestic (YD) and Economy - International (YI) , assigned prices and costs to them 4. I can't load the reserved path on the phpvms7 system into the vmsACARS. This option does not exist, or is it that I am doing something wrong? One thing that I see that I would need vmsACARS, is that the routes can be selected and reserved from the vmsACARS

I have noticed the when starting Acars it seems to be still connected to the last flight and sometimes can lead to the Aircraft still showing on the live map. This happens even when you complete the flight and send the pirep. It does not happen all the time and may be connected to the main site with a flight. Hello, Acars 7 app 2.0453 does not allow png,jpeg images from the news portion of our website to transfer to the Dashboard portion of Acars but it lets the text like it did in the 1st version I was able to add mapp picture and information for an upcoming event now the new 2 version dose not allow this any idea what might be happening... thanks for your time Mr Pizza EasternHops

G'day sirs, I recently had two instances of PIREPs not submitting correctly. Log1: Server was uncontactable for <1min due to a test with the server's PHP version setting. Everything except flight time was recorded (0h0min). Log2: No known issues with server during this user's flight, but financial data was missing from the submitted flight. If anyone has a minute, can you help look through the associated logs to discern what might have been the cause of either one or both please? Thank you.

Apologies if this has been discussed previously. I see the G-Force landing in the vmsACARS report summary after the flight, but the information is not passed to V7 it seems (or at least I cannot see it in the pirep) If I am correct, is there a way to pass that information along in V7 backend? Afterall, G-Force is a much more important parameter than VS when judging landings. Thanks in advance!!

I have the Premium version and have set the path to the png files in the three fields; however, the logo doesn't display in vmsACARS. I have tried searching for solutions but didn't find any. Thanks for any help you can provide. EDIT: I got the splash screen to show up but not the other two. All files are in the same location on the web server.

Hello, One of the VA users cannot connect using vmsACARS, because it says the following error: "LVar Module Missing, please download it from FSUIPC.com" The user has the latest version FSUIPC v7.4.13 for MSFS I also have that same version installed on my PC and I have no problem but this user does, any idea how to solve it so he can connect?

Non of the taskbar icons in ACARS are displaying. Is it something i've missed in the setup or is the latest version missing an icons folder? From the installation page, this is what it should look like but, apart from the top icon (3 bars), I just have blank grey boxes.

Hello, Multiple possibilities for users to use the same aircraft and registration? During a test yesterday I have in sub-fleet a 738 cargo reg : F-HJMG, vmsacars tells me the plane is not available. Our VA assigns a reg code to each aircraft, I would like to know if several pilots can use the same one to fly together in group ? Thanks

Hello! got a little issue with ACARS I just purchased vmsACARS, and I can't get it to work for me, it shows the following error : "No airports or airport database loaded" 1- I scanned the scenery 2- I updated FSUIPC as required 3- deleted data and launched the acars again 4- no apps are running other than the sim : Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 (Store version) 5- UserCfg.opt permissions are all set as required 6- Acars is set on website and up and module running as expected log can be found here : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gs0ztrtg6FUswTYEWi-LVwwvl9mg5yBm/view?usp=sharing Thanks!
