this has been solved ive managed to help him over FTP and Skype hes a happy bunny now lol

remember to make sure your running a php 7.2 config ive just completely installed one for some one else on here and managed to get it working after errors

was on php7.3 but I put it back to 7.2 and it worked

take it we cant download the theme to our harddrives and upload to our own sites I mean I take it you host them for us or ??

Certainly ul need to pm me the database details etc and the installation address don't put them on the forums for security reasons You will also need to add a user to the database you created with a password for that database. Il need that aswell for the installation on the site but again PM me them

I tried advertising mine on here once didn't go well just saying

for a start make sure your server/host can handle php 7.2 or 3 I had to put my servers php setting to php 7.2 for vms 7 to work you can find your server php config settings in the cpanel on your website
