I think I'm going to stick with FSUIPC because I know there's at least one person who uses it and I'm pretty sure they also use VB to create their Custom ACARS systems.

Hello guys This may be a bit specific for some people but anyone who has made an ACARS system, help would be appreciated. I would like a bit of help as i intend to create a Custom ACARS client for myself and am not entirely sure how i'm going to go about doing that. I will be using Windows Visual Studio and the VB coding Language. I've looked into the SDK for FSUIPC and seem to understand that all right its just that I am going to need help sending all of the information that I collect to the phpvms system. How would i be able to get it to connect to my Website and then send the data that the program is set to collect to to the site. It would be of great help if anyone whos made their own ACARS tell me how they did theirs. Thanks

Its not exactly what you want. There is no function to do specifically to the letter what you want to do. But there is automatic pilot retirement defaulty set to 90 days.~ If you want it to kick pilots out if they don't fly you will have to get a module made.

I checked it, i cleared the LOA table and it just doesn't like doing something. Oh well I'm just going to have to do LoA and Hub Transfers through my Support centre.

It needs to be integrated into the ACARS program kACARS doesn't do it by default.

Edit*** I've tried your Hub Transfer Request Module now and receive an error quite similar. I'm going to look and see if I can find a problem somewhere in your code as the main site works. its just your modules that don't Edit** Again** It seems that the both modules are assuming that my MySQL database has no password. or at least it isn't getting the MySQL data correctly from the local.config.php file.

Would it be possible for anyone to create a Module to better administrate the Finances of Vairlines more realistically. I was wondering if someone would be up for making an Admin module that will allow you to: Manually set expenses and revenue streams for each flight you have in your schedules. So for example. I can make several Expenses such as Duty free, Food and drink and Landing Fee in the module. Then I can select the flights that the expense apply to, because lets face it you aren't going to sell food and drink on a 45nm island hop, especially when the aircraft flying is a 9 seater. Then again there could be an option to apply expenses to different aircraft. Then It would also have functionality that allows for extra virtual revenue to be generated. So for each expense it could have a profit making counterpart so, For the Duty free there would be a cost, for the passengers to purchase, and an expense for the airline. Then on each flight y% of passengers buy dutyfree and then the cost of the dutyfree is subtracted and then added to the profits. * y is randomly generated. I would also be looking for a function that allows a varying amount of y% is generated depending on Flight Length, so on a flight 400nm, y would be around about 5 to 15 % of pax buying but on a flight 5000nm, y is more likely to be 60-70% of pax buying. Now I know I'm not very good at laying things out but, from the information I've given you. Is this possible and would anyone be willing to do it as i feel it will add another dimension to Virtual Airlines. Thank you for reading this post.

Can anyone tell me how I can get the information of a pilot to be displayed. I have tried adding <?php echo $pilotcode.'-'.$userinfo->firstname.' '.$userinfo->lastname; ?> But it only shows the - inbetween $pilotcode and firstname. Do I need any extra code to make this work.

I'm very aware of that but, like I said in the original post. The system thinks it doesn't have any aircraft there and so allowing free jumpseats. Hence why it says at the top But I you can clearly see there are aircraft being listed.

Also If anyones still looking at this thread How do i fix this. There are plaens at TNCM. I am at TNCM. It says there arn't any aircraft.
