  1. Currently, I have all my airports set for live feeds. I have airports all over the world. If that airport is not in airnav is there a default value for fuel that is used or will I get no fuel cost?
  2. Would the above code with with links? I'd like to have a few "Staff Only" pages. Basically, if they get the admin center link then they would get the link to the staff only pages. Thanks, Keith
  3. Thanks for looking into this. Getting those airports in is the last thing I need to do. Let me know if you need me to do anything else. I'd sure hate to add all these airports manually but I will do it if that is what is required. Thanks again for your great software!
  4. Import finished but still no airports. When I checked it this morning the screen was black. I had lost all my links in the admin center. I had to refresh to get them back. Anyways, attached to this post is the debug log.
  5. I just fired off the import again so I'll send you the debug log in the morning when it is finished. Attached you will find my route csv. Thanks for your help!
  6. Hi Nabeel, Nope, that didn't work. I got an error on the first import then no more error codes. Imported IPG1 (KLAX to KBOS) IPG2 was not added, reason: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 19 I'm able to add airports via the admin panel fine with the exception of KORD. I had to add that one in through the DB.
  7. Thanks Nabeel! I give it a try tonight before I go to bed and I'll post an update in the morning. Keith
  8. Hello, Is the advanced financial's making into v2? I didn't see anything like the above mentioned on the current beta. I would be great to get a few more features into the "money" side of things. :-) Keith
  9. Done. http://bugs.phpvms.net/ticket/70 Thanks for you help!
  10. Hi Nabeel, Yes, I'm running beta version 808. I've tried again this morning before work and it didn't work either. Thanks for the help. Keith
  11. Hello, I think pagination is needed on the admin side for the schedules. I have 3400 routes and it tries to load them all on one page. I'm thinking a drop down type box asking how many records to display per page would be cool. No big deal if this is not possible. Just a suggestion. In fact, this could be cool on the public side as well in the schedule area. Thanks, Keith
  12. I thought that as well but it didn't even add any airport in the US. I have a lot of known airports. I hope there will be a way to get to work via the import process. It this doesn't work I add them via the database. I know before I started the import last night I tried to add all my hubs first. I got them all done except for KORD. It stated there was an error adding that airport.
  13. Well, I fired off my large import before I went to bed last night and when I checked it is morning it appears that all 3400 of my routes were added. But, not one of my airports were. Here is output of one of the imports: ICAO PANC not added... retriving information: Imported IPG26 (PAJN to PANC) ICAO PANC not added... retriving information: Found: PANC - (,), airport added I just fired off the import again since I'm getting ready to leave for work so hopefully they will add the airport. Any suggestions if they don't?
  14. I've got the CVS template. So the flight level field is not required?
  15. Hello, I'm just about ready to import my huge 3400 routes into my database. The last thing I need to edit is my aircraft and the flight level. I'm a little confused because there seems to be conflicting instructions about what to add to the "aircraft" column in the import template. Look at number 2 and 6 bolded below. To me, I would think I'd need to do number 6, not number 2? 1. The airline code must be added, or import will fail 2. The aircraft must be added, use the "Name" entered, not the fullname or ICAO 3. You can leave out the header, but if it is there, check off the box 4. All of the columns can be there, but only the route, leg, distance, and flighttime can be blank 5. Routes which already exist (based on the code and flight number) will not be re-added 6. Aircraft must be added by registration 7. Flight Type can be "P" (Passenger), "C" (Cargo) or "H" (Charter). Enter it without quotes 8. Days of week - last column - enter 0-6 for Sunday (0) to Saturday (6): ie: Monday, Wed, Fri, Sat flights will be: 1356 as the value 9. Enabled column - 1 for enabled, 0 for disabled. Blank defaults to enabled 10. Remove the leg column - legs are no longer counted, so please remove that column Also, why is the flight level a required field? I don't have any flight level information on my aircraft so I'll have to go hunt that down before I can proceed. Thanks for your help!
  16. Awesome -- thanks. I can't wait for that one!
  17. Does exam center only work for registered pilots? I'd like to see something where a person must pass the exam in order to register. A VA I flew for had a system where you must pass an exam in order to register. You were also only allowed to take the exam 3 times before they wouldn't let you take it again for 7 days. It was a neat system. Something like that would be cool.
  18. Thanks. I think you are talking about the one that adds the Airbus and Boeing models. I started using that one but had to stop when I got to other planes. I used the one Nabeel linked to and it work with one tweek. Since CSV uses a comma hence the name I would have assumed that script would work but it didn't. The script on the linked page ends semi-colon instead of a comma. When I replaced all the commas it work wonderfully. Thanks for all your help!
  19. Thank you so much. I'll definitely give that a try. As for the contact I was missing the index.php part. Thanks again!
  20. Yes, that is a lot. I wish we didn't have so many but I'm not the owner of the VA so I don't have all the power. I'm just the IT gopher boy! ;D Let me see if I got this straight. If I use the schedule import it will try to add the airports for me? If it times out just import again. I'm assuming this will not cause duplicates? Yes, I have PHPMYADMIN. I'll see if I can find the csv to sql converter. Thanks for your help Nabeel.
  21. I've seen a lot of cool stats listed on peoples sites but I can't figure out what code to put in do to what. I'm sure there is a list of what does what somewhere in the docs but I can't seem to figure out what is what. Heck, I don't even know how to link the contact module so I can have a contact form. Any help would be appreciated. BTW, I'm a network engineer so working with code is not really my thing. :-)
  22. Hi Nabeel or anyone that knows. I have a ton of data that needs to be brought over from VAFS. I've got everything in Excel so I will be able to format it as needed. I have over 200 aircraft, 500 airports, and 3400 routes. I really don't want to do this manually if at all possible. I did find the route csv template and I'm working on that but I'd like to know if there would be a faster way to import the aircraft and airports? Perhaps in one quick swoop. Maybe somehow through the DB? Thanks, Keith
