I've edited files but not have results, Please help me.

I have two problems with the progress indicator:

1. 0% is not in the left side of the bar - see image

2. how can I make the % to be vertically centered?

1. is solved partially, I used in the template <center> and this moved it. Now the bar starts from the left, but the % value is also moved to the left.

2. still an issue.

Can you show me how you used that <center> in the template? I can't get it right. My bar works, but it's filling from the center out to left and right, just as yours.

Instead of using

It seems that I'm calling the data the wrong way since the "IF" function always returns a FALSE value and echos the "ELSE" value.

The purpose of all this is that if a pilot forgets to land and flies on, my progress bar turns red. Not it starts counting ASC again when the distance remaining is larger than the totaldistance.

Any help would be nice.

I was excited about this code snippet until I realized that xacars was causing it not to work correctly. Since xacars does NOT report distance remaining, I'm not able to take advantage of this percentage script. However, this didn't stop me. I was able to modify ACARS.PHP and do a simple calculation using the the current position (in nautical miles) and the destination (arrival) latitude and longitude to give me the distance remaining. Now it works like a champ. I'll post my code modifications here but could probably be more useful as a new topic for those who have issues with xacars and kacars not giving you the distance remaining.

$percomplete = round($percomplete2);

Makes it a whole number (e.g 45%) instead of 45.62% or whatever

Hi,

This works great, but if we have waypoints?

For example if I fly from ICAO A to ICAO B, passing through waypoint1 and waypoint2?

The distance A -> B can be 100 miles, but distance A -> W1 -> W2 -> B can be for example 140 miles.

How can I calculate the TOTAL distance of my flight and not from A to B?

Can any one help me?

I am testing some code, but it is the exact same as yours but I changed around the condition of the if. I have to wait for someone to fly next who has over flown their destination. Will report back.

The only thing I am having a problem with is how to align the numbers in the progress bar and how to get the coloured bar to move with the progress of the flight any help would be great.

Thanks for the great code I in no way take credit for this I have just compiled all the code into one post.

This is the message I based my settings on. I have never got the animated bar to build. Also, I had wanted to add the airline logo to the acarsmap.tpl, as was mentioned in this post: http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/8044-how-to-show-airline-logo-on-flight-stats-solved/

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I never got the animated bar to work either I think that might be some flash or javascript required to make that work as far as adding your logo to the map i have never tried to do that sorry cant be any more help
