Good day together, i want to integrate the phpVMS booking system, the pilot center and so on into my Wordpress Website. I don't want to use the phpVMS Site as my homepage because our language is German. And it is very difficult to understand. I tried it with iFrame, but I could only see the normal website on the page. I only want to integrate the booking system etc. Thanks.

Since a couple of days I dont get a mail anymore when somebody registers or logs a pirep, it used to work in the beginning. The mass mailer (send email to all pilots) seems to work though. Where do I look for a resolution?

Hey, So I've already seen all the threads with the dropdown menus but they weren't helping at all! http://forum.phpvms....rilliance-skin/ That was the closet thing i found to my problem, but i did what they say and it still not a dropdown. Hello, The schedule only filters flights if you are logged out. If you are logged in, and you try filtering flights, it just shows up as blank. No flights are pulled up.

Hi, I want to implement this system: Pilots can only bid for flights in his present location. Example if you are in LEBL only shows flights from LEBL. Today even if I am in LEBL, it shows me all the flights of the day, not only from LEBL ... And if pilot don't start flight in 1hour, his bidded flight expire of his bidded flights, and flight turn to "view schedules"? How can I do?

Hi again, I have added the last login date to the pilot centre and for what ever reason it is displaying, Last Login: 01/01/1970, Would some one be able to point me in the right direction to change this to show the correct date please. As always any help greatly appreciated

Folks, Was just informed that my web site was shut down due to the host saying that I was using to much resources. here is a line from the error log: [15-Jul-2012 13:06:19] PHP Warning: strpos() [<a href='function.strpos'>function.strpos</a>]: Empty delimiter in /home6/flyvtwac/public_html/core/common/PilotData.class.php on line 191 There is just days and days of the same error message. Hey guys, For some reason, all of a sudden, when adding a schedule and calculating the distance, it is always "6083.70091069". This occurs no matter what the distance between the two airfields are. Can anybody help me? I can provide screenshots upon request. Thanks Cody

When I try to sort schedules by their departure or arrival airports, distance, or aircraft type, it just shows up as a blank page. There are flights in the database. They're just not showing up with the search function. http://www.airtranva...x.php/schedules

Hi guys Seeing that my acars system is now working (http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/7552-xacars-setupinstall/) I have some other issues with it. That is to say: I only really had time to fly with xacars so far, so if some of the below features do work with another acars please enlighten me. 1. Submission of my pilot report works fine. However, if I completed a bidded flight, then that bid doesn't get removed. Is there a way to do this automatically? 2. On an other airline I flew with (austrian airlines, I think its not phpvms), I had to enter a route and flightlevel before my bid would be actived, . This was then populated in acars. Does anyone have the location where to put and the code as to when you change a pilots group to banned it also deletes their session cookie forcing them to go through the login control again? Im being lazy so any pointers would be great

Hi again, I created a new skin, and when I use the link "www.airtranva.org" the formatting is off. Badly off. When I use the link "airtranva.org" without the www, formatting is fine. It does this on all pages and modules. Any help is greatly appreciated

Due to some... bad decisions... I made when starting phpVMS, template files are pretty much plain-text. Even though I've posted instructions, and included in the default install instructions on how to add the .htaccess, there's still ways of getting someone's template files. This is causing all sorts of problems with theft. So what I'm thinking of doing are two things: Renaming all template files from. tpl to .php - this allows for the PHP code to be hidden Adding a code-check to make sure phpVMS is calling the template, and if not, nothing shows This will be a backwards incompatible change, but I feel like it's worth it. Hello, When I go to view some of my schedule briefing, it looks like this - None of the website main layout, etc, it's just the brief tables on their own: And some of them look like this, which is absolutely correct: They're exactly the same link (http://www.virginatlanticva.co.uk/index.php/schedules/brief/) but just the schedule ID is different Anybody have any idea why it's doing it? Hi everyone, i search for a code, example: This is the schedule info Depp: EHAM 12:00 PM Arrivel: EGLL 13:00 PM This is the flight info Depp: EHAM 12:00 PM Arrivel: EGLL 14:00 PM and my arrivel time is 1 hour delay. Is it possible that pirep(view) than say delay and than the hours or to early and the hours? ( that after 15 minutes or later, he say in the pirep delay or 15 earlier or more say to early? its more realistic. i don't know of that possible is. Greets Michael Kraan

Today I'm trying to install some acars for my airline.. As I already had xacars installed I tried that first: I Created the tables in the db as per instructions on the xacars website (xacars.net) Then I downloaded the php files for it, but there is absolutely no documentation about where to put these? I downloaded the xacars,ini file and put it in the xacars folder, that seems all fine but it doesnt write anything to my tables. On the contrary: when I click on "start acars" it just sits there ... until I click "stop acars" and then it crashes *thumbsdown* WTH? ps I noticed that when I download some file from my site it ads some counter code to it. I can remove these …

I have one problem. In the default skin for phpvms, when i click on 'Live Map', there are siting old flights that i had/or other within the VA had done, even i i'm flying new flight. For instence, now (11.07.2012 1940z) member in our VA is currently flying LWSK-EHAM, and this flight isn't shown on the live map. The one that are shown are the previous he did LWSK-LYBE which was done at about 1230z. So how can i fix this. Ah also I noticed on other VA, which i used to fly previously, that there is an option for live map to make status like climbing, descending etc. and not just depart, cruise,arrived like we got now.
