Hi! I did a few flights using phpVMS and Xacars today... I have my flights sheduled in phpvms together with the routes. But when I flew quite a few routes today, i noticed that xacars seems to report wrong routes... XAcars seems to have the correct routes when i start. But when i check my pireps in phpvms wrong route is reported... Anyone that has enountered this problem?? /Niklas

Nabeel, every time my cron runs the maintenance.php it send out an email to all the inactive pilots, is there any way to restrict this so that inactive pilots dont keep getting the mail as i run this script about 3 times a week.

Hello, I am looking for some help/information about a project that I am working on. I am building a Virtual Airline Alliance website (html) not linked to any of the member airlines phpVMS systems. I want to set up a page similar to this ( http://www.staralliance.com/en/booking/flight-search/ ). I want to create a flight search module like this to show all of the members flights including airport changes(remember, this isn't plugging in to any phpVMS system at the moment and most likely wont). Lets say you search EGLL - KSAN. Lets say that there isn't a direct flight for any of the airlines, however there is a flight on carrier A from EGLL to KJFK, then a flight on carri…

I've looked through SchedulesData, but no luck in finding anything that gives you the duration of a route. It can probably be done through subtracting the departure time from the arrival time, but then if it goes over midnight the code gets a lot more complicated and I was wondering if there is an API function for this already. So route duration in either minutes or hours?

Hey, I have been messing about for a while and cant get it to work, brain has totally fried now. This is probably one for Dave (Simpilot) After trying to use rank restricted aircraft in my VA which turned out to be highly contraversial and unpopular, i thought maybe there was another way of restricting an aircraft until n exam had been completed. So that the pilot needs at least some understanding of the aircraft before being able to pilot it. I'm thinking of before enabling an aircraft for each pilot after an examination award has been approved and awarded. i'm looking for a code which would query a pilots awards prior to approving a flight schedule using a particular aircraft. any pointers or am i barking up the wrong tree? Hi Guys, i tried searching on this but haven't found anything relevant, I have seen on the database theres a table for holding navigation waypoints, Can any one advise me on how this works, what they effect, and what info each field should hold. Hi All, I've searched quite a few threads but can't see any that match this exact issue. Basically any email sent from the site (ie. group emails through the admin panel or automated emails like the registration emails) are not being received by anyone. We are, however, receiving notification emails to the nominated site address (i.e when a PIREP has been filed or someone has registered). The email address matches our hosting account email. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, I have tried to search the forum but have not found anything similiar. I installed phpVMS yesterday on my server. I'am familiar with the system and have worked with it several times before. The problem I have is that when I try to register a pilot using the /register module nothing happpens. No error-message nothing. The only thing that happens is that the password and the reCapatche gets erased. If I remove for example the first name an error message regarding that comes up.
