Do pilots get an email when a pirep has been approved? If they do mine isn't working, if they dont it would be a good addition i think.

I was looking at my finances and the fuel figure was way up there, further inspection i realised that the fuel figure from FSACARS was being send in lbs, have i missed a setting somewhere because my site is configured for KG.

Since the update to v2.0, there is an occasional time when a pilot uploads a PIREP and when it is approved the hours and flights reset to a lower number. For example, a pilot has 96.1 hours and 27 flights, uploaded 2 new ones taking him to 102.23 hours but instead it reset to 16 flights and 37.8 hours. Is this a problem with the SQL database? we had to switch to a new one and port the info from the previous one, but I didn't move the PIREPS (because the flight numbers changed). It's not really a big problem, as they can be manually edited obviously, but If anyone has any theories towards a resoloution then I'd be most grateful. Cheers, DeeQ @ OWV

Ok I am trying to add a new pilot by registering as a new pilot but the Captcha is no showing the numbers. i.e. what doew this add up to + is all it shows and I then get this incorrect-captcha-sol. So why is it not working. Lloyd

i have free web hosting to experiment with PHPVMS and i have a problem. I downloaded the new files for phpvms so that i can start out new and have everthing new and it wont work. I delete all old phpvms files and put in the new ones and the same stuff comes back.. old pilots, flight reports, messages, routes ect.... help plz

We are going to make a group of four airlines. I installed phpvms so I am "CEO" of the first airline. Is there a way to give admin access to the other 3 CEO? I looked through the forum, docs, even the database for a setting.

ok so as you know when you make a new pilot then you start with 0 hours. I know how to put hours on there but my problem is that when i do it does not match up with the ranks i have set. Example. Student 0 hours. Senior Captian 120 hours. So if i add 120 hours it keeps my rank as Student even tho i added 120 hours. Can someone help...?

Hello all, As most of you know I am working on my ACARS program (World Acars) all coded in VB (in Visual Studio 08) but I am stuck at the moment. I am able to generate the XML its just that I dont know how to send that XML to phpVMS? Can anyone provide the code for this? Thanks, Mitch

No biggie, but....I noticed that when I added an airline in the admin panel, it would not fit the entire airline name. I was using "Eastern Pacific Virtual Airways", but it dropped the "s" in airways. So I assume it is only allowed a 30 character limit!?

Hi, does the admin section read from the skins templates, i remember there was discussion a while back about customised templates being moved to the skins folder but i cant remember. Nabeel, Since I moved my site over to FiveDev I can't create new schedules. I get the below error. Something could have got corrupted during the move? I'm running v898. I also can't seem to export my schedules anymore either. When I click on "Click to export" I get the following "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." This is in FF and IE8. admin/action.php/import/processexport <--Is where it is trying to go. I get this in 917 as well. I then updated my dev site to v917 to see if I could duplicated the error but that was a disaster. See my post in the 917 thread. I'm now wondering if those two errors have something to do with switchi…

When i look at my financial statistics in the Reports tab. I can see the graph is supposed to show, fuel cost - expenses and total revenue. I can see the black dots representing the actual figures, but is there supposed to be red-blue-green lines also? I don't get any?
