phpVMS Gurus..... We recently installed phpVMS at our upstart VA, CargoBeast Airways. We are quite happy with it, save for one issue. Currently, I'm the only X-Plane flyer, thus I'm the only person this is happening to. When I submit a PIREP, it always shows up as "Gross Revenue $0.99 (1 load / $ 0.99 per unit)" no matter how much cargo was listed when the PIREP was submitted. Relevant Configuration: 1. The route is listed as a "Cargo Flight". 2. I am using XACARS version 2.0.0 I went into the PIREP table with phpMyAdmin and noticed that my "load" field had a value of '1' for my last flight, where the "load" field of my MS Flightsim brethren always had a much high…

I have searched through the forums and I can't find anything related to Last 30 days pireps, specifically the Pilot Roster page pointing to one profile link and the Live Map pointing to another. Here is the scenario: If I look at the pilot roster and select a pilot, it shows the PIREPS for the past 30 days and the web address points to /phpvms/index.php/profile/view/2 This displays correctly. If I select the Live Map and click on the same pilot, the PIREP chart flatlines and the web address points to /phpvms/index.php/profile/view/CPA0002 I don't know why in the live map that the profile view would point to a different variation of the pilot number. Hi, I am trying to file a pirep at my VA, but I keep getting the following error: Deprecated: Non-static method CodonEvent::hasStop() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /core/modules/PIREPS/PIREPS.php on line 478 How do I fix that problem as I am unable to file thus others will be unable, it I think is causing a problem for smartcars too, as it wont file the pirep.

Hi I have just setup a free PHPVMS system for myself and my friends. It is running I installed everything including the module of the kCARS free program to work. I can login and start the flight, after I land, taxi to a gate, parking brake on and engine shutdown, I then click stop record, and submit flight. I get a comformation that it has been submitted, but when I look on the website it is not there, and my flight which I just submited is still under my bids. hello today i installed the last beta and i have done 2 flights one with fsacars en one with xacars in my mailbox i get an email with pirep submitted but if i go look on the site notting is there even if i do a manual pirep on the site is says pirep send but nothing is showing up . what could this be. gr joeri

I have been having an issue for a week or more where one of my pilot will submit PIREPS, I approve them and they never show up on his PIREP list. It now appears that this has extended to another pilot. The appear in my recent pireps list in the admin center but not in their recent pireps list in their profile. Both pilots have had no problem until recently. Any ideas on that one?

Hello guys. i've got a problem that when someone sends a pirep (neither with client nor manual) , the pirep will not be added to database !! however i'm getting the notification email. other functions are working correctly . there were nothing in error_log and i did not change any thing !!

I have just moved our VA over to a new web server and everything is working fine except that when a PIREP is submitted either manually or via acars it fails to put this in the database thus losing all the information. I have checked that there is sufficient permissions to write to the database and there is - bids work fine, new pilots can join, etc. Just PIREPs wont submit. Any help greatly appreciated.

I have an issue that I dont know why it is happening. No pireps have been recorded today yet pilots have flown and have filed the pireps as I have gotten the emails stating they have. But they are not submitted, but it shows on the front page as they have flown, but the pirep ID is some really big number but the ID in the pirep table is not that big. Anyone know what could cause an issue like that? Or has anyone encountered this problem and fixed it, if so how did you fix it. I had to move to a new db, recently, and had to reimport the schedules db. Could that have caused a problem with the bids?

Hi all, I was thinking that it would be great for my VA see the periods of time when we make more flights, so we need a pireps stats. The graphic with the table that shows the last month pireps statistics that appear allways when you access to the admin panel is perfect, but I need older stats, not only the last month. Is there anyway to make another graphic like that but with the stats of older months, it would be really great! Thanks!! PS: the graphic I tell you is the image attached

Hi, When I accept/reject a pirep it takes literally ages to accept. I watch the database it changes straight away but the website is just so slow. This all started after we had to restore the database back a day after one of my staff accidentally deleted it while working on it (Don't ask). I've tried so many things to fix it Database defrag etc... The Server is really powerful 4 Xeon E5 v4 Cores and 8GB RAM. Running on Windows Server 2019 IIS and MySQL from XAMPP. Not sure where to go next, Have surfed this forum for hours and i cant see anyone thats had a similar issue.

This is more a question for Jeff, My pireps table is massive currently its standing at 163mb uncompressed, Im thinking of removing the log entries over 6 months old, im sure you would do something similar, do you have a cron for the process?

Someone who has added some additional fields to their PIREPs in dropdown format needs to see if what I've observed happens to them. Select a PIREP where any of the dropdown entries are other than the 1st entry in the dropdown. Go to edit the PIREP and see if it hasn't reverted to the first selection. For example, I have a field for flight conditions, IFR,VFR,MVFR. If I enter VFR when filing it, the information is correct, but if I edit it, the field has reverted to IFR so when I save the edited PIREP, it says IFR even if I was only editing another part of the PIREP.

Okay so I wanted to try manual PIREP on my site to test it out. It worked my VA got 12 hours I deleted it and it still shows 12 hours when I deleted all the PIREP. I went to maintenance in site settings and reset hours. It show 12 hours found but I can't get rid of it. Link - flyemiratesva.co.cc

Dear Folks i am really pissed of because of my Email system incoming/outgoing both not working at all from last one month i changed my hosting as well i thought maybe it was problem from my hosting provider but again after transferring to another hosting again the same problem remains i checked with my hosting provider as well he also investigated but he said from his server everything working fine i am not able to receive any notification emails. Hi guys ! I am making a registration form, I would not like to have the users creating their own user ID but I wish to have an automated system that creates a predefined user ID, like for example CIV1000 and it auto increments so next user would be CIV1001 than CIV1002 and so on...
