Nabeel, There seems to be quite a big formation flight from the Virgin VA guys over the uk... Dont know if thsi is a bug or a big massive formation flight (I Doubt the formation...) -Thomas.

This is more a question for Jeff, My pireps table is massive currently its standing at 163mb uncompressed, Im thinking of removing the log entries over 6 months old, im sure you would do something similar, do you have a cron for the process?

Hello, I have tried to install phpvms several times and after it installs the tables and i click next it goes to this: Fatal error: Cannot override final method Exception::__clone() in /home/lufthans/public_html/core/classes/ezdb/ezdb_base.class.php on line 51 Please can someone help. Thanks, Josh

Hi guys...can you help with this one: I have new register pilotos, with more than 1000 hours, i manually add the hours to the pilot profil and they are registered in rouster, but when the pilots fly and send a pirep, the hours are reset on the roster. Thanks

Hello The phpVMS is fantastic and deserves our support: Advertising etc etc. With it, we can do a lot of innovation in VAs But there is a limitation that I believe is easy to remove. The financial part is not completely separated at the VA. With this separation (including the salaries of pilots and added expense), could do much of anything new.

Hey, I am working on duplicating the pages module. Don't worry, I am being very careful (already managed duplicating the news module). Within SiteData.class.php in the function DeletePage its uses PAGE_PATH and PAGE_EXT PAGE_EXT I can find in the local.config.php however I cannot find PAGE_PATH in either local.config.php or app.config.php Where is it? For my duplicate pages module i'd like to have a separate folder for the respective pages. Cheers, Nout

1. is it possible to make the admin menu static and not with ajax? (that gives me some style issues at the moment because i use phpvms in an iframe and it cant calculate the size of the homepage 2. is it possible to make a button in the maintenance menu which is called "Look up all airport informations" because i just f*cked up my database with wrong formating and now every first 0 in long and lattitude is not existing and it would take years to look up all airport informations seperately

Quick question .. When using the SMTP settings in the local config, should I be changing the SMTP settings in the PHP.ini file as well or is VMS over-riding the php with its own settings?

Ok So, you know when you File A Pirep or upload a flight report with FSACARS or FSPAX Well, how would i change the text = Accepted to be an image? Also the same for the other stuff like Rejected and Pending?

A pilot has just flown for my VA using FSACARS but his flight has not gone from the live map page, and he has already finished the flight and closed FSACARS. Why is it there, and I have cleared my cache too. Cheers Dan C

Hi, On the download pages, but i'm not sure what's the code/php code to dispaly imgages that are linked to a single download. IT will only show the title and the des of the download. I want the img to display too. Does anyone know the code for it?

Is there something that you can place in the pilot_public_profile.tpl that will show what page that a member is currently viewing? This is something along the lines of what you see when looking at a members' profile on these forums when you view their profile.

I am showing an error on my page. You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors. Anyone else ever have this issue? I cant find anywhere where I have multiple includes of the api code.

I am working on getting staff members for my VA but I would really like to restrict the abilities they have in the admin panel of phpvms to just posting news and approving pireps. So i would like to keep them from being able to see the maintenance section, routes and etc. Is there any way to do this? Thanks. www.flyiva.org

Hi all, I'm new here and to building and doing things like crew centers online. Sorry in advance if this in a bad place or wrong category, I'd just like some help. For my virtual airline, I'm not sure if I want to incorporate schedules. I'd like to delete the flight number field from my pirep form for the time being but I can't figure out how to do so. Hi simmers, We have been using phpVMS with Kacars for the past six years, with great satisfaction. The ISP we have been with is closing down, and we need to move to a new host. The current host is running on KonsoleH and the new one on CPanel Even though we did inquire beforehand if there would be issues with the migration, everybody assured us that the move over will be a walk in the park, needless to say, that didn't work that way We did as instructed, zipped the complete route of the old host and exported the DB's manually. I have been struggling all weekedn trying to get phpvms set up andkept getting a problem with my Local.config.php mot being accessable. I kept trying to changed the CHMOD settings to make it fully accessable but it just didn't work, I even tried different FTP management tools to see if that made a difference, Then one of the tools when try to changet the CHMOD settings again cam eback that only LINUX server allows you to change the settings in that way, Light bulb went on, I am on a windows server, so I went to the server and played around with the access settings for the folders. So I have a little problem on my site. In the file a pirep page whenever a user selects another airline, the departure airport field disappears, only until the page gets refreshed that the user can file the PIREP. (Yes i know the bg white is not fully down the page, that was a easy fix) Thanks
