I'm wondering if this is a database uploading error or just missing co-ordinates from the database. When i input a route giving just the waypoint name, some of the waypoints do not have lat info in the database but do have lon. This results in the waypoints obviously being in the wrong place and the routemap looking like a badly placed bowl of spagetti. Is this a known issue or an error uploading the nav.sql?

It seems that we have been having some pilots filing flight plans from another virtual airline. Also having airports added from other airlines maybe someone else with (VIR). I can only imagine its a Brazilian Virgin or something. Any ideas? Cheers Ross

Hi guys, i have a problem. Whenever i try to upload the .csv file, it somes up with this: Airline with code SWR,316,LSZH,EGLL,"VEBIT T51 LASUN UN176 LUMEL UT10 TORPA UT40 LUL UL613 RLP UT10 ALESO",HB-IOD,FL380,425.839,"06:10 GMT"," 08:05 GMT"," 1.55"," "," 380"," "," 012345"," 1"," "," "," "," " does not exist! Skipping... I tried clearing my cashe, reindexing the tables in the databse, nothing! And what is even wierder, is that all the schedules in the file up to SWR1800 are exported from the site(i pasted all others in the fille) when it was only the original file, everything was uploaded. but when i pasted all the other schedules, the system gives me the error for …

I have entered schedules, but when I go back in to edit the entire schedule is wiped out, yet it shows on the table in the Schedules on Admin Panel. I edit the schedule and reenter all of the flight data then hit the Edit Schedule button and get the following error message back: There was an error editing the schedule: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1 Here are the screenshots. I was wondering if anyone know how to make the ACARS map table show "No live flights" like the how the recent flights table does. I've attempted using the <?php if(count( [i]number of flightnumbers[/i] ) > 0){ [i]show table content[/i] }else{ [i]show no flights [/i]} ?> function, however, it doesn't work. Maybe putting ASP into PHP doesn't work? I've tried doing <?php if(count( ?> <%=flight.flightnum%> <?php ) > 0 however, I receive unexpected end of document ?> (or something like that). Anybody try this before and know a solution?

ok now I may have done this to myself, but... I changed the flight count in the database directly as I deleted a flight and it was telling me that I had a minus 1 flight count. Now when I add a Pirep the flight count stays the same, although all else changes (hours etc..etc..) Did I screw something up by changing the value manually ? I have tried all of the maint options, I'm not sure what to do. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated ( I think that it is only doing it for the one pilot that I changed the total flight number manually for) Thanks. Have noticed that whne I'm adding in flights across the international date line the calculated distance is all screwed up. For example, YSSY (Sydney) to PHNL (Honolulu) comes up as 19155 miles. Apart from entering these manually, is there a potential bug/solution here?

Quick question .. When using the SMTP settings in the local config, should I be changing the SMTP settings in the PHP.ini file as well or is VMS over-riding the php with its own settings?

I am trying to find what files in my cPanel files .... Lets say when you fly KLAX to KSFO now your at KSFO you can only see the routes out of SFO... What files in cPanel so you have to change to get that. Its like where ever you land at you have to depart from????? thank for you help Brian

All pilots can do Bids on Bid already schudele Bids. Please how can I block new schudeles when pilots have schudeles to finish yet on randon flights. Hi, I have implemented a language selection, and I have created multiple phpVMS directories for each language e.g. under /en, /nl etc. The language selection option box posts data to a language_switcher.php which creates a cookie for the language and redirects the user to the respective language directory. I happen to be logged in across the domain. Once the script redirects me, the cookie is not getting initiated as the login boxes appear - but the session is there, as once I refresh the page or navigate to another one, I am logged in. How can I fix this issue. Would it help getting the session cookie and loading it before redirecting the user?

Hi, does the admin section read from the skins templates, i remember there was discussion a while back about customised templates being moved to the skins folder but i cant remember. The reason i ask is because i have customised the welcome email and will have to re upload every time i do an update.

When I try to install a skin, one of the directions is to “upload the lib folder to my phpvms installation directory.” Does anyone know how I did that? It’s the only thing I can’t seem to crack.
