Quick question .. When using the SMTP settings in the local config, should I be changing the SMTP settings in the PHP.ini file as well or is VMS over-riding the php with its own settings?

Hi there, I'm trying to get sum of revenue for a pilot's all PIREPS, so here is the function: public static function totalrev($pilotid) { $sql = 'SELECT pilotid, SUM(revenue) FROM '.TABLE_PREFIX.'pireps WHERE pilotid='.intval($pilotid).' GROUP by '.$pilotid ; return DB::get_results($sql); } And I have the following in my .tpl file: $pilotid = Auth::$userinfo->pilotid ; $row = PIREPData::totalrev($pilotid); echo FinanceData::formatMoney($row); And I get nothing. please help me find out where I'm wrong. Hi simmers, We have been using phpVMS with Kacars for the past six years, with great satisfaction. The ISP we have been with is closing down, and we need to move to a new host. The current host is running on KonsoleH and the new one on CPanel Even though we did inquire beforehand if there would be issues with the migration, everybody assured us that the move over will be a walk in the park, needless to say, that didn't work that way We did as instructed, zipped the complete route of the old host and exported the DB's manually. Hi, does the admin section read from the skins templates, i remember there was discussion a while back about customised templates being moved to the skins folder but i cant remember. The reason i ask is because i have customised the welcome email and will have to re upload every time i do an update.

I would like to use javascript to update my selection menus, i know its possible but im having trouble finding any code, basically what i want to do is if a pilot selects a departure then the destination drop down is populated from the database of available flights from the departure icao. Hello, I am new to this Phpvms thing. I got a few quesitons about the Website of VAs and can't seem to find answers. 1. Is it possible to use my own website that I host and install phpvms on that? (e.g. a website designed on wordpress.org) 2. Will something like TDFi ACARS be able to connect to my website if I use Phpvms? Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to limit searches to a pilot's airline in phpvms 5.5? I am trying to find what files in my cPanel files .... Lets say when you fly KLAX to KSFO now your at KSFO you can only see the routes out of SFO... What files in cPanel so you have to change to get that. Its like where ever you land at you have to depart from????? thank for you help Brian

It seems that we have been having some pilots filing flight plans from another virtual airline. Also having airports added from other airlines maybe someone else with (VIR). I can only imagine its a Brazilian Virgin or something. Any ideas? Cheers Ross

Hey guys, i found several problems similar as mine. I updated to version Version v2.1.934-171-gbc02380 mbecause i wanted the twitter feed to work. I updated using the normal procedure and everything looks ok. But i tried to find the schedules but nothing is found. Again, i saw this problem on the forum a couple of times so i checked the common issues. - All the days of the week are selected. - Schedules are active - i exported the schedules and i saw that 0123456 is in there for all schedules. - database is filled with schedules. - i did maintenance to clean the cache. nothing helps. members are starting to complain right away... sigh. I plan on enjoying the pilotshop module, instead of using the module only for purchases unfounded, I weigh in making pilots can use the module to buy Chaters flights. Example: Pilot enters the module and will be 3 categories of shopping! * Chaters Passenger flights - * Chaters Transportation of cargo * Chaters Flights Executives Can I post job restrictions by categories, so I can make the member has an interest in changing patent. Purchased flights will be dropped in on the page reservations of flights, so I think we can leave more encouraged members to spend their money. I have been struggling all weekedn trying to get phpvms set up andkept getting a problem with my Local.config.php mot being accessable. I kept trying to changed the CHMOD settings to make it fully accessable but it just didn't work, I even tried different FTP management tools to see if that made a difference, Then one of the tools when try to changet the CHMOD settings again cam eback that only LINUX server allows you to change the settings in that way, Light bulb went on, I am on a windows server, so I went to the server and played around with the access settings for the folders. ok now I may have done this to myself, but... I changed the flight count in the database directly as I deleted a flight and it was telling me that I had a minus 1 flight count. Now when I add a Pirep the flight count stays the same, although all else changes (hours etc..etc..) Did I screw something up by changing the value manually ? I have tried all of the maint options, I'm not sure what to do. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated ( I think that it is only doing it for the one pilot that I changed the total flight number manually for) Thanks. Currently I have a skin setup that has drop downs. For example when you put your mouse over operations it will drop down and show a list of pages. Is there a way to put your mouse over one of the pages and have a submenu/dropdown to the right? For example I want to add Forms under Operations and when you hover over forms it will give you a list of forms to click on.

Hi guys...can you help with this one: I have new register pilotos, with more than 1000 hours, i manually add the hours to the pilot profil and they are registered in rouster, but when the pilots fly and send a pirep, the hours are reset on the roster. Thanks
