Hi, Whow XAcars must be configurated to shwo correctly the live map, because y have installed XAcars and downloaded de config file and duly installed on xacars folder but no map appear on web page. The API code was entered on installation of VMS and i do not understand why the map appears only when i select my last flights but on connected on line and XAcars nothing happend. VMS (2.0.854) Thanks

Hi all Has anyone had any success with this? When I add the .js files into the news .tpl file my "Who's online" map on the home pages goes wrong. I could make a link in the news item to link to a images page, but I'd prefer to include the images within the news item if possible. Cheers! Will

Helllo all, Ive recently come accross phpVMS and I think it might be of great benefit to the VA that I belong to. In order to integrate it, though, I need to know a few things. I'd be very grateful if anybody could help. (I am a fully proficient php/mysql coder) 1. Regarding Pilot inactivity. Is there some sort of way to suspend users if they are inactive for a certain period of time? 2. Regarding the site structure. I notice that regitsration is located at index.php/registration. As a coder myself, I've never seen this method used. Where is it possible to edit the Registration PHP? 3. Adding a Recaptcha to the Registration form. Is this possible? The current Captcha …

Heres what has happened our VA lost its web master. I have know some stuff about PHPVMS but need some help i either need to dump the whole thing start over or get the upgrade installed. Go from there. a clean install would prolly be best our va is not that big as of now we are moveing to PHPVMS over the next couple months My big problem is i dont have they guys log in information he took it all with him. is it possbile if i assgin a aircraft to a route and i assgin a same aircraft to a different routes. How can i adviod like the aircraft is in use? I dont want to put over 50 same aircrafts with different regs. How can i make one aircaft open that wont say aircraft is in use. Please Help Me?

Hi again... this time when adding an schedule to the db via the phpVMS Admin Panel got this error There was an error adding the schedule, already exists DB error: Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'maxload' at row 1 Im almost sure i didn´t put anything wrong on the data in form tu upload it here a screen of the data so can check http://i264.photobucket.com/albums/ii180/g3r84/phpvms/schedule1.jpg

I noticed in the SQL database, that under active pilots, it showed a value of "2010" under pilots who have flown a flight. Ones who haven't had a "0". Is that normal or should they all be "0"??

The first time I did the installation I forgot to set permissions I got the meue up but secon box down reported an error. So I uninstalled teh whole lot and reloaded to my server. I then took a little more time and rand again but this time I get the following Fatal error: Class 'DB' not found in D:vhostssimaviators.co.ukhttpdocsphpvmscorecommonSiteData.class.php on line 25 Any ideas? Hi, I want to lock the aircraft, if it is in use. For instance, if i pilot are flying/bided the route from airport A to airport B with the Aircraft CS-TSX, i want to hide, to all pilots the routes wich have the aircraft CS-TSX, until the route has been completed and reported. Someone who has added some additional fields to their PIREPs in dropdown format needs to see if what I've observed happens to them. Select a PIREP where any of the dropdown entries are other than the 1st entry in the dropdown. Go to edit the PIREP and see if it hasn't reverted to the first selection. For example, I have a field for flight conditions, IFR,VFR,MVFR. If I enter VFR when filing it, the information is correct, but if I edit it, the field has reverted to IFR so when I save the edited PIREP, it says IFR even if I was only editing another part of the PIREP.

Hello, I would like to set up my airline so that whenever a pilot files a PIREP, they will only see the airplanes that they are qualified to fly. Is there a way I could restrict the pull down menu for aircraft in the PIREP screen, so that they would see aircraft for their rank and possibly flight hours? In other words if a pilot is a New Hire, with 0 hours they only see a Cessna in the PIREP menu. Once they have 40 hours they would also see a Baron in the pull down menu. I did a forum search and only found mention of restricting aircraft by editing a flight.... Alan J

The average fuel burn on a 737 is 2,000 - 2,500 kg per hour. Then how does this make sense: I believe FSAcars is exporting the fuel calculations to phpVMS as pounds, not kilograms. In fact, I am positive. Is there away to add in a conversion or change this somehow? Due to this, we are spending almost twice as much money on fuel as we should be. Thanks!

Just an odd thing here......In the SQL database and the admin section of PHPVMS all looks fine, however.... This was a flight from Halifax(CYHZ) to Sydney(CYQY). Can't figure out why it did that. I am using FSFK for live acars, btw.
