I did a flight yesterday and I notice this morning my Live Map still shows me on there?!!! Is there a time adjustment in phpvms for this. It states status as "FSACARS closed", but it should have gone away by now. This happens everytime it seems. I assume there is a time adjustment for phpvms??

I was hoping that having multiple airlines meant being able to assign a pilot to be an admin of the airline they are part of but from what I'm seeing from the groups permission page a group has permissions for the entire system. Is this correct?

After creating a flight in the admin panel and logging in as a pilot, I went to view the Flight Schedules. When i selected the flight from the list I am getting an error of: Fatal error: Call to undefined method SchedulesData::getscheduleflowncounts() This is on a basic fresh install today. View Details on the flight gives me the same error but pilot brief and Add to Bids work fine... Any ideas

I have routes that don't all require refueling so I set the price to 0 if a pilot doesn't refuel. It appears the system is still charging me for the fuel. Many of the airports in Alaska don't have fuel so the pilots take enough for the return trip.

In the admin panel, under Pilot Reports(Pireps), when you edit a pirep it says "Enter as hours - "5:30" is five hours and thirty minutes" as an example. But it seems that you DO NOT use a " : " there at all. Seeing as the database uses a colon. Just thought I would bring it up, because if you were to use a colon and then you went into edit it again, it would have a comma.

The schedule "calculate distance" thing in the admin section does not seem to auto calculate. I still have things set to "0" for auto calculate, but not working. So all my flights show a distance of "0 mi". What have I missed??

Hi Guys - I have completed set up for phpvms, but when i access my site remotely, i only get text, and no pictures or formatting (default skin is set up). Looking at the source, it shows this: href="http://localhost/phpvms/lib/skins/crystal/styles.css" /> <script type="text/javascript"> var baseurl = "http://localhost/phpvms"; Surely the remote machine wont know where 'localhost' is (it would piont to itself!), and should be a path to the server? I cant find any setting on the admin console to change this. Can any one point me in the right direction? Thanks for your help.

Hi Guys - Can someone please help me out here? So far, i have installed Apache on XP Pro (to try this out before i upload to a a paid host), and MySql. I can see the installation page of phpVMS, but when i press the Check Database button, nothing happens. Iv created the db (CREATE DATABASE flights;), and added the user with the CREATE (and other) permissions. I think for some reason, the installation cannot connect to the local db? Is there anything else i need to do SQL side? Thanks for your help.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '.', expecting '(' in /hermes/web06/b1926/moo.jpairways/install/install.php on line 63 that is what i get upon installing the new version of phpVMS. I have contacted the live support from my hosting services and they say it is a scripting isssue and to contact the creator.

hi there! thanks for the great update! :-) i have a problem with xacars...it´s the 1st time for using this tool. before i had the normal fsacars. i´m able to fill out all the fields in xacars well and the tool starts sucessfully the connection to the fs2004. after a flight i can upload the pirep without any error...everything works fine...but on the live map there is always the dep SLVR and arrival SGAS ?!?! and the flight number is also different. i´m not a pro in understanding your PHP-language...so maybe you have an easy answer :-) maybe the old program fsacars (i´m not using it anymore) did an error in the past ?!?! anyway...fixing this problem is just to see the …

I am currently thinking of deleting all phpVMS systems off of my hosting and placing the new Version 2 on the hosting to get rid of any bugs I may have left from Version 1. First thing I wanted to know is if I download the skins and images, can these be put back as the skin for the website? And also is there anyway during the installation to connect it to the old databases, in a means of all pilots still being on the system?

Folks, we just start building our routes and in looking at the schedules the spacing is all messed up on every page In IE it looks better than firefox which looks all messed up example: http://southernairvirtual.com/phpvms/index.php/schedules/brief/17 http://southernairvirtual.com/phpvms/index.php/schedules/view I have looked at the headers file and the associated schedule templates and can not figure out what I am doing wrong. any ideas?

When I started up, I added many Qantas routes. I want to get rid of those routes. I already deleted the airlines, but the routes stay. How can I delete MANY routes at once? Thanks!
