Hi, I've a problem with inserting of ranks. If I open the "Pilot Ranks" site in the admin center, I get the following warning and the ranks are not displayed : Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ...admin/templates/ranks_allranks.tpl on line 15 When I add a new rank, I get another warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ...core/common/RanksData.class.php on line 148 The "added" values are inserted in the sql-database. However, in the admin center, I cannot use the ranks. What's wrong? Thanks for your assistance in this case. Stephan PS: Version 2.0.822

I have added extra profile fields and now wish to make the page abit more advanced. I have a section that now says if the pilot is either Active or Inactive. The text that Staff can input is Active/ Inactive, how can I get it to show images instead of plain text?

Good morning guys, In really need help to create and import the csv-file. Well I downloaded the csv-file and operated with Microsoft Excel to insert all my datas. Then saved it as CSV and tried to import this, but everytime I got following note: Airline with code NXA;1;EDDH;EDDC;-;D-AHAA;-;;0300;0345;;-;0;P;123456;1 does not exist! Skipping... Whats wrong with it? This is the headline in my CSV: code,flightnum,depicao,arricao,route,aircraft,flightlevel,distance,deptime,arrtime,flighttime,notes,price,flighttype,daysofweek,enabled I really need your help, cause no flights insert at the moment and 8 pilots waiting for new routes. Hi all, I recently gained my promotion to First Officer, but the image on my profile didn't update (I've checked the links in the admin centre - all are OK), and the list in the admin centre didn't register me as a First Officer, although my profile text did: What could be wrong? Hello, I recently imported some flight routes, as a test, and now want to delete them. I checked the forum and found that it isnt possible without going into the database. Hello, I recently found out about phpVMS, and it looked really great, perfect for fulfilling my dream of starting a VA. I have bought a domain with Yahoo Small Business and I have a fresh directory to which I can upload items. How do I create my website with this program? I tried uploading every file, but I still couldn't install the program. Do I integrate the php with an html page? Any help would be greatly appreciated, because I have created my fleet, destinations, and more and am ready to put a VA online. Thanks, Phil

Ok, so just so I fully understand.... Does PHPVMS take data from either FSAcars, XAcars, FSPax or FS Flight Keeper and update the pirep database then??? The way my old site ran was that I HAD to use FS Acars to log pireps and FSPax was an additional thing, just for a separate database. I always wished it could take the data from either program.

For some reason, when I look at the flight schedules, it doesn't show all of the ones it should. For instance, if I select a departure airport on mine, only one flight comes up. But in the Admin menu and in the database there are several for that airport. They are enabled and everything looks fine for the database, but for some reason, they are not listing properly?!? Also, I just noticed when I search by "arrival airport", it brings up flights that don't match the airport requested. Bruce

Hi all, I want to add a new page to the top (navigation bar) of the following site: http://flymaldives.exofire.net/ It is currently under 'destinations served', but it doesn't adapt to login/out (i.e- it always shows the login/register buttons even when I am logged in). How can I get the destinations served to adapt to the login/logout situation? Does it have to go through the index.php/routes.htm rather than just /routes.htm? How do I do this? Thanks.

Hey Guys, I'm in the process of creating a "Job Center" module for PHPvms. The idea beign that the admin can insert jobs available within the VA and have people browse and apply for them right through the website. Its still early doors and MVC approach to PHPvms is new to me... my experience thus far has been in procedural PHP. So far what Ive done is referenced both the built in "News" module and the "Exam Center" module availbe for download here on the forums as examples to follow. I have created a JobsData.class.php which is handling all my calls to the database to retireve data (and eventually will input/edit and delete). I have made jobs.php which is inside …

Okay here is my problem,.. i am using the exam center but it has a problem with my website. The problem is, that my website is a custom one and phpvms is included in an iframe which automatically resizes itself every 400milliseconds. Everything works except the exam script... the script resizes itself to 0 so you cant see any content then anymore. Then i had the idea that it is because of the resize script so i made it "target="_blank"" and it opens in a new window.. this works (i have a new page coming up without my VA design which is no problem) but it contains the navigation which i dont want to load in this time, so is it possible to do the following (i explain it wit…

I noticed that there are just expenses to add either per month, per flight, and so on under the reports and expenses menu. Just wondering if there is a way to have income per flight too, i am working on duty-free income per se and also a on-board store ( soft drinks, aircraft models, snacks, ect...) for the airline. I do think it would be a nice feature to have.....

Hi Nabeel. I know this has been fixed and kicked up and put back to rest soooooo many times, but, none the less, I must kick a dead dog back to life yet again. I just did a flight from KLAX-KMCI in a B767 In the ACARS log, it shows me using 41148 lbs of fuel. So I sent my pirep, go in to accept it, and look and it says I used 41148 gallons of fuel. I do have all my stuff set to gallons, but apparently ACARS does not see it that way. So I plugged the correct info in to the pirep and submitted my change and it actually went from loosing 131,00 some odd Dollars that flight to an actual profit. Looking to move my admin center link from main nav, to my footer. I robbed the code out of the core nav for the admin link and it gave me a parse error on site and messed up the entire layout. Does the aircraft icon show the direction in FS Acars, or is that a future function? Mine shows the same icon direction. but I see there are different icons for every possible direction. Am I missing something?? (probably am ) Bruce
