Hi, One of our admins has brought to my attention that we can no longer import routes from a .csv file. We're trying to import using the template file that sits on our server, that comes with the phpVMS installation. When trying to import this file we get the error ' The import process is complete, added 0 schedules, updated 0, for a total of 0' . Attached is the template.csv file with just one fictious route that I'm trying to import as a test. This issue has been brought up a number of times on this forum by the looks of it, but I can't find a solution that works for us, things I've tried: 1. Just installed phpVMS on a test site before i launch my new VA, but my acars map is blank... http://test.frontierva.org/index.php/acars i tried a reinstall of vms and its still not working. I looked all over the forums and couldnt find a solution as well.. Mark

Hello, We are simulating many airlines. We already have over 3500 routes and will go over 6000 soon. When we click to View Flight Schedules, shows all the flights same time and it takes a long time. Is it possible to change this setting to different? Like, when we click to View Flight Schedules only shows one airline schedule or some other way? Thanks.

We have PIREPS set for auto approve/Reject. Staff members can approve manual pireps. The problem is when a staff member's PIREP is 'rejected' how can we stop them from manually accepting it. Case example: Auto Accept rules 'approve filed w/ACARS' 'Reject w -1500fpm landing rate. We had a staff member w/smartCARS have a =2546 landing rate. The system rejected his Pirep. He then wen to admin and accepted his rejected filing. How can this be stopped?

hello I'm building a site and its looking pretty good on localhost but when i upload it to my test server running phpvms it is not looking the same. I have resolved the culprit down to one css file but i am unsure as to debug it and fix my issue. the main page is supposed to look like this screenshot http://prntscr.com/b5m8wt but I am getting this instead http://prntscr.com/bdjsmg would anybody have any ideas as to what the problem could be? Hello, I have problem with admin site. Everytime, when I chose some option (like Dashboard, Operations....) I get this error. The module "NAME OF MODULE" doesn't exist! I don't know what to do, because I try everything. Thanks for your help. Filip

For some reason, our flights are not being recorded in the admin center or on our public and pilot center profiles. For example I have done about 6 flights and everything still shows 0 flights and 0 hours.

Hi everyone, I am trying to install PHP VMS on my IIS 8.5 web server and I am running into a strange issue. Whenever I go to the website, it says that I do not have PHP 5+ installed but I have PHP 7 installed and am currently running other applications that use PHP and they are working fine. If anyone could shed some light on this issue or assist me in any way with it that would be great. Thanks

Hi We have some code to pull the airline logo for our recent flights board - but I would like to return the same for the live flight info. For some reason the same code does not work and instead of returning the airline logo it returns VTA as the answer all the time for every flight and displays the airline logo. The code we use for the recent flight board is below and works fine. I have tried editing it but cannot find the solution. Should it be looking at the $PIREP data or something else? I have tried different skins (3-4), and when I click on Bid Flight, it says No Route Passed. I'm not sure if it's an error with the skin(s) or with phpVMS. Anyone know what's going on? And is there anyway to fix this? Thanks.

Hello I have a problem. All the Emails go into the spam folder of email i did configure the app.config.php local.config.php and Util.class.php but still i am getting errors it worked few days ago now it suddenly stooped working. What am i doing wrong can you tell me ? Thanks

okey, the main problema we have are two: 1. we cant do jumpseats for some reason only a few users that use Internet explorer on Windows 7 (an not all) are the only one that can do de jumpseat, but thouse séame users over other navigation software chrome or Firefox cant do it. The same problema for viewing routes we cant see all the routes, for example in chrome we can see al the routes but in internet explorer not. An finally we can´t set a cron job so, we dont know what we are doing wrong, but we hav to it manually, and we hav acctually try to set as its says in the isntruccions of the web. PLEASE HELP! I have been trying for weeks now how to figure out how to make each flight create a new news topic for each completed flight or each time a pirep has been submitted for instance. Hi, I have started with my virtual airline and I want to create new custom module. I want after click on Add Bid to show new page on which will be more informations and confirm booking like that: Select Your Aircraft: Put your DEP time: Put your ARR time: Flight Duration: Input route: <Confirm Book> I tried to edit schedule_results.tpl and many more but I there was no results for that. Hello, I've installed the lance skin on phpvms for my virtual airline. When i go to the registration tab and try and register a new test user, the form submits, but it says that there's no pending registrations in the admin panel. Any help would be appreciated.
