Good evening all, just popping in to ask a question before I get to bed. Setting up a new installation for a friend of mine and I am having a hell of a time finding an ACARS that will work. The VA is new and he doesn't want to invest financially just yet. Anyway, I digress. I am trying to figure out how to show discord only to logged-in members. Right now it is visible on my front page. Here is my current code for the discord section. I just downloaded phpVMS and tried to install it. I get a Error:404 Page does not exist meesage when I try to run install.php, I configured all of the configuration files so I don't know what the problem is. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I just installed this, and its great BTW ! Thanks for all the hard work. I may have done something wrong in the install...I have some problems I just can't seem to figure out. First.. The Dashboard tells me I need to upgrade, although I have the latest version...( should I just ignore that or is that a symptom of something else ) Second... My pilots cannot make the avatars work. Is anyone using phpVMS in a military VA environment? I'm looking at quite a bit of customization and trying to make a decision as to whether it's worth the extra effort. While phpVMS looks like an excellent program for a civilian airline it does not provide for the kind of freeform route structure required by the military (any airport to any airport); a rank structure based on merit, not flight hours; pay has no real meaning; etc. A helpful pointer to a really good military admin program that will run on a Windows server (even payware) would be very much appreciated! Brand new install with the latest beta, and I receive this error.. The template file "***htdocslibskinsCURRENT_SKINheader.tpl" doesn't exist in ***htdocscoreclassesTemplateSet.class.php on line 206 (ignore the ***) If I go to the index page there is no format at all, which I expect from that error and in the admin section under site settings, I have no available options to set (all blank), just a heading that reads total hours 0..

I hate to keep harping on this but: I have the latest Beta, the actual flight hours are still off, almost by a whole hour on the + side. I did a maintenance hours reset.

Hi, I'm very new to PHP and PHPHVMS in particular. I host my website on bluehost and am encountering a problem with accessing my newly created database. I used to have another php system on my website which someone else designed for me but I decided to opt for PHPVMS because of the opportunities it has to offer. Now, to be honest, the install guide isn't much helpful and after having looked in this forum, all request for help was either answered specific to the host type (which is why I mentioned my host) or was re-directed to the primary guide - but that's the reason why we resort for help to these forums. Hi Nabeel, I have installed phpVMS on my server and I am running it through some tests prior to going live with the pilots. When I entered in my previous hours and did an Update of the ranks, it worked great...except for a few things. On the pilot profile, it shows the text of my Rank correctly and displays the proper badge. But the text just below the pilot stats telling me how many hours left till my next promotion does not reflect the change. It still sees me as a zero time pilot. As well, if I click on view my badge, it shows me at the lowest rank with zero hours. I have not logged a flight on this install yet. Other than that, it is working mint!! Chuck CYX…

I have been getting emails about when i pilot sings up to my va they get a blank email. The email that tells you you signed up to VA such and such and a administrator will contact you when your membership gets approved. Now i dont know if its something that is being caused by the new update. I have made a fresh re install and it still keeps on happening. Any help. P.S. DONT MESSAGE SAYING TO SEARCH THIS TOPIC AS I HAVE SEARCHED IT AND FOUND NOTHING!!! Any help will be appreciated!

Hi Nabeel, I have an idea about adding something and I want to check with you about how to do it without getting in the way of updates. I want to restrict flights available to given pilots. I think that this can be done by adding a module (I think) and add to the database. How do I do this and stay out of your way so as not to get overwritten in updates? Thanks!

Hi Nabeel im after a bit of help, im stuck with a problem getting my page to load centre of the screen, If I use Firefox or Chrome the page loads centre, however if I use ie8 the page loads left aligned. I have tried messing with the css and no matter what I try I cant seem to change the alignment . This little thing is driving me mad if any one could help me, Thanks…. 1/ On all the pilots profiles the "last flight date" is showing 1969 and not the real date of the last flight. How can this be updated so it shows the actual last date. 2/ I am not sure if this needs to go to FSACARS but I though I would mention it, the FSACARS system does not work with Vista is keeps breaking and Microsoft can not run this program. any help will be greatfully recieved. okay, sorry too ask for something again lol, well i have been working on my virtual airline for some time now, and i have codeshare branches on my airline, which operate expanded routes through out Europe and Americas, but i have a few thing on my Operations page for the different airline, such as JET2 AND DHL, now i ahve added those airlines and some schedules how would i show the latest flights flown by that airline and a schedule just by that particular airline, to show it on the page, not the whole system schedule but just that particular one, if its possible!, now i now i have posted this before dont get mad at me, please! and i have been through the API, lol am just…
