Hi All, I am also having trouble with airports not being add when importing new routes. Also when you try to add them manual if you enter the Airport ICAO Code then press Look Up the form displays Fetching airport data... and stops no data ever displays. I have cleared the cache. Any help please. Also can anyone tell me what database and where it uses to look this info up from? Thank you. David

Hello, I'm trying to install the charter system here: http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/8045-charter-flight-system-v110-updated/ I've followed the instructions, but with little success. When you log into my site and go the the charter center: http://bluehawkvirtual.net/index.php/charter An error pops up: Fatal error: Call to undefined method SchedulesData::countCharterSchedules() in /home/bluehawk/public_html/core/templates/charter/ops_schedules.tpl on line 65 I've looked and looked and I cannot seem to find how to fix this. Hi all, As our new updated site sits now, the webmaster (President) is the only one who receives new pilot join auto-emails. Can that be expanded so that multiple staff personnel get the auto-emails also? Not sure if there is a module for this out there...I havent seen any. When i go to pilot center and click on "File a pilot report", the page coming up is totally blank. I found the Core\pirep_new.tpl file and i assume that is the one that should show up. However the page is blank, and that is for all pilots. Any ideas of what could be wrong?

Good afternoon all, I fly for and I'm the Hubs Manager for a virtual airline which uses phpVMS. Within our airline we have now got round to the time to put the routes in. On the Airports page in ADMIN I have put in our hubs airports and was wondering if I have to put any more in there? Because we fly to over 500 airports I don't fancy doing them all manually. Is there a file which has a list of all the airports so when I do the routes it recognizes all the airports and does the distances correctly. Thank you all for your time Rgds Adam

I have a problem after downloading DLHVirtualGroup kACARS I have downloaded and successfully operated it previously but it disappeared on my computer and it prevents me from loading it again saying i have a previous version which is an upgrade and like i said i cannot locate it. I am running a Windows 8 machine. Hi all, I have been using phpVMS for some time now, but on a new installation, the last page of the installer is blank except for the phpVMS logo and header (no "Thank you for installing, click here to go to admin panel, etcetc"), and the link to the admin panel does not appear when logged in. Ubuntu 12.04, PHP 5.3. CURL is installed. Am I missing something? Josh

I recently updated to simpilots version of phpvms and am having some problems. Firstly the Schedules. When I go to find a flight from lets say WMKK and click find flights, it does, but it uses the http://malaysiava.org/action.php/schedules/view, instead of the index.php one. How can that be fixed? Hello all! I've some problems on my Pilot Roster page. Problems: 1- New members not listing on Roster. 2- Some pilots not listing. 3- List is very mixed. Does not sort by pilot ID. I'm reskin my Pilot Roster. I've Active - Inactive status and I'm already showing IVAO ID on my roster. I try deleting my reskinned file to orginal roster file and problem doesn't resolved. I tryed to check my "phpvms_pilots" database and I saw, database does not sort by PILOT ID. Hello, I am having a problem with a website. While the pilot selects as pirep id the "AZI325" on the fs passengers, the flight is being submitted with flight number "AZC325". AZI and AZC are flight codes and have been added as airlines on the phpvms website. The AZI325 and AZC325 are two different flight schedules which have been added to the system but they have the same departure and arrival airports. Geore

Hi, I have not been to the forums for a very long time so I am not sure if this has been addressed before, but I am going to do it anyway since I can't do anything. I could not post news, I could not email my pilots, and many more. This is how my admin page looks like whenever I want to post anything. I checked it with Inspector Tool and found out it is because of this. Note that I did not input that code <style="visibility:hidden; display:none;"> and it is not found when I accessed the file on my computer. It seems that it appears automatically.
