I was looking to add a section on the pilots_list.tpl with an Active/ Inactive icon. I wanted this to be automatic and therefore wondered if there was a code that I could use to change these images. The check would be to ensure that the pilot has filed a PiREP within the last 31 Days. Cheers, Jack.

I have a laptop and i am not always connected to the internet. I found out, that the schedules page looks different when i am offline and does not work correctly. Here a picture When i select an airport or something, it shows me a page without any styles and at all.. it doesnt look like it should. I use this page without any modifications (only that one which does not show all schedules automatically at once)

Okay here we go.. when i start a flight and turn on fsacars, it looks like this Now what i want is to customize the data which the FSAcars get from my website. Especially the remarks. On my website i changed some files so it now also outputs the registration of the aircraft in the schedules_briefing.tpl ...Is it possible to automatically put it into the remarks? so it wont be like on this screen "+RMK/ CALLSIGN CLIPPER / WWW PANAM AIRWAYS COM" but would look like "+RMK/ CALLSIGN CLIPPER / WWW PANAM AIRWAYS COM / REG/N747PA / CLIPPER MAID OF SEAS" (for the name, i already changed the code also so its just another variable

I imported a schedule to my phpvms and it indicated "....updated 231, for a total of 231". I checked the database manually, not through phpvms, and it showed only 64 flights?!?? Now some of these flights are differnet legs with the same flight number. But the template does not show legs. Is this the problem? Bruce

I want lock aircraft when pilot added to bid ! for example : I have 4 bids in admin panel and 2 bids are using with same aircraft registration ! I want lock Aircraft and aircraft registration when one pilot flying with this aircraft . 747-400(N6-BDH) form LOWW to EGLL already in bid , so other pilot go to flight Schedules and All flight with 747-400(N6-BDH) Should not be shown in flight Schedules until first pilot Arrived ! Ok, so just so I fully understand.... Does PHPVMS take data from either FSAcars, XAcars, FSPax or FS Flight Keeper and update the pirep database then??? The way my old site ran was that I HAD to use FS Acars to log pireps and FSPax was an additional thing, just for a separate database. I always wished it could take the data from either program.

Hi Folks. I hope everyone is having a great new year! I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I can't find anything during a search. If I have a flight scheduled say from New York to London, but I want different aircraft types to fly it (i.e., 747, 767, 777, etc.) do I have to create different flights for each aircraft or is there a way to setup one schedule and choose between allowed aircraft? en Nabeel if not asking too much. would deploy as standard in the Admin can create a mysql and Schedules Schedules, a field to fill alternate airport. br Nabeel se não fosse pedir muito. teria como implantar como padrão no Admin edite Schedules e um mysql Schedules , um campo para preenchimento de aeroporto de alternativa.

Helllo all, Ive recently come accross phpVMS and I think it might be of great benefit to the VA that I belong to. In order to integrate it, though, I need to know a few things. I'd be very grateful if anybody could help. (I am a fully proficient php/mysql coder) 1. Regarding Pilot inactivity. Is there some sort of way to suspend users if they are inactive for a certain period of time? 2. Regarding the site structure. I notice that regitsration is located at index.php/registration. Maybe this problem is only on my side but when i add a flightlevel to a flight, click on "flight from va" in fsacars, the flightlevel appears in the section "Alternate"

About two dayas ago was installed the last beta, after that no pirpes are recorder on database, via xcars or manually, i check all pireps sent by myself, route, time, aircraft, departure arrival, etc.... Database was checked gor any bug but is clean, after install the las beta version 10 pireps were uploaded on it, but after installation no new records appears. Live map also no working and no shoing on line pilots.......i put this post after check all things and also reinstall las beta version. Any suggestion?? Regards

Hi, how can I make book flights as well as on FSAirlines? I've customizing the registration email templates but I can't seem to find one of them. The template I'm looking for is the one sent to a pilot after I accept them into the airline. I can't seem to find it in the core/templates folder. I'm sure it's in there but I just can't seem to locate it. I had no trouble finding the others. This is what the email template looks like: Dear <PILOT NAME>, Your registration for <WEBSITE NAME> was accepted! Please visit us at <WEBSITE LINK> to login and complete your registration Thanks! <WEBSITE NAME> Staff Thanks for the help!

Hello All, I currently have a VA Base site and want to change to the PHPVMS system and have searched but have not found any kind of conversion script for all my existing data. Has anyone done this, or have a script for this they could share? I really would like to at least convert the pilot and route data, the news and stuff I can go without. Any help would be appreciated. Hello all, Although I'm a fluent php/mysql/css coder, I'm ashamed to say that I don't know the first thing about MD5 and general encryption. I'm a little confused as to how this works... When I generate an MD5 hash using PHP, the generated hash is different to that stored in the database? Why is this? Also, if anybody has time, could they please explain what a 'salt' is...
