I'm having the problem that when I add a second hub into my VA, all pilots are duplicated, so you see every pilot twice. I looked everywhere on the forum, but can't seem to find the correct search keys to find a solution for this. Basically what I would like to have is that my list is sorted by hub without any duplications from other hubs. Hope someone can help me or guide me into the correct direction. Thanks in advance! (note that i tried several codes found on the forum, but they all duplicate the table, so it must be in something else, but no idea where)

I'm having lots of trouble setting up phpVMS. I'm using free web hosting from Zymic. I managed to change some file permissions so that I can access the install/install.php page. I'm typing in the database details, and pressing "Continue to the next step". Hi Guys, Have another issue at the moment that i've only just noticed We have renamed all our ranks etc and have manual rankings on - But when a new user registers and they are accepted their rank automatically says New Hire That rank hasn't been around for a long time - Cache has been cleared and maintenance has run quite a few times since then - I thought something might have stuck somewhere. Hi Guys, Not sure its so much an issue per se but if I make a page in the admin panel and then go back and edit it, it always try to add a new paragraph - Possibly because its detecting there isn't one already. Every time I delete the paragraph and space tags - and re-edit the page they always appear. Would it be possible to know how to fix this or what file it is being checked in so I can change it. Does anyone have this combination working with their phpVMS system? It's broken for us. It works with Xplane 10.21 though... I see absolutely ZERO way of contacting the Xacars author as well.

Hi guys, I am getting this problem with a new install and the default crystal skin. All I did was edit the core_navigation.tpl file and added the (schedule) link to the module. On the nav bar, the (SCHEDULE) link is there for the user with and without being logged in. When I am not logged in, the flight schedule is displayed. When I am logged in, no flights are displayed. I have tried it with an admin user and a regular user and have the same problem. I thought that I saw a post with the same issue, but I can't find the post again. Please help, Thanks

I've been inactive for awhile and come back to find my website different than I had left it, at least on Internet Explorer. There is a dark blue accordion menu on the left side of my website and when you expand one of the headers, a whitespace is put between it and the header on top of it. It works fine in all browsers except IE. It has something to do with the little arrows beside the headers because if I remove them, it works fine in IE. Hello everyone, I want to set my phpVMS to where the pilot registers and can select an aircraft off a list and becomes a first officer on it. For example: Pilot registers -> Selects Starting Aircraft -> Becomes lowest rank (F/O) on it -> Accumulates hours -> Gets promoted to captain -> Goes through training to next aircraft in A/C Class -> gets lowest rank (F/O) -> ect. How would I program that? Can someone develop a code? Is there a code out there already? Hello, I would like to know if it was possible to create type ratings instead of ranks. I want to assing to a pilot a certain type rating, for example, rank new hire has 2 aircrafts, B738 and B753 I would like to can assign just aircraft B738 to a pilot or B753 or both. Thanks a lot. Hello, When pilots bid on flights, they are no longer avaliabe for anyone else to fly until they have filed a pirep. My pilots are filing the pireps and they are accepted. For some reason however, the bids are still in their accounts so I have to manually go in a remove the bid from their profile. This has not happened to me before on another airline I was doing. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Cheers!

Good Day. We have ACARS running on version 5.4.3. Our ISP have just upgraded their site to handle PHP version 5.4.4, and now we are experiencing compatibility problems. Any chance that you will be upgrading to 5.4.4 in the near future? We have spent a fair amount of money on add-ons based on the PHP system, and have a large ACARS logging data base on the PHP VMS system that looks like it is all going to go pear shaped if something does not happen. I would appreciate your comments.

Was trying to set the pilot ranks so I could adjust them manually by editing the local.config.php from pilot rank automatically from true to false and now I don't see the pilots in the admin area, ( I do on the front end) and now the test is bigger everywhere! I'm trying to seperate pilot roster into different sections, using jQuery tabs, however I have completely no idea where to start, or how the pilot roster works on phpVMS (never looked at the roster in detail). Basically, I want each tab to stand for a hub, i.e Belfast Aldergrove, London Gatwick, so on, and quite obviously, each tab would display pilots at that respective hub. I assume that pilots_list.tpl does a foreach or something for hubs, because the default code works for all of the hubs displayed on the list.
