The VA IVP is officially born 01/01/2011. After six months activity the registered pilots are 53 they can fly 83 schedules for SAR, CARGO, PAX, MILITARY and Aerobatics flights. our pilots primarily use Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004, but the airline also accepts those who use FSX, with the support of a FShost and IBnetplayer (this only for FS2004). New pilots are welcome - for registration -> VA Italian Virtual Pilots *** Many thanks to the staff of phpvms for the great hard work ;-) *** Ciao and good wind to all simmers from the staff IVP and the CEO Gianni

Hello to everyone again, it's been a good while since I posted here. With my studies at uni, and work and family commitments, I haven't had much spare time to keep up to date here or to get any flight time in. Anyways, it's coming up to the summer hols, so I thought I would get cracking on a new project. I'm creating a new VA website, but I'm not actively seeking to grow it. It's more of a project for me, but I will be using the VA system to log my own flights etc. Again I chose phpVMS as the platform, as I love it! I also love the addons that SimPilot created, so it was a no brainer. I've just started the skinning of the stock install today for the VA website, I had no c…

https://www.icefireair.com/ I'll keep this ad short and simple. IFA has begun operations and is offering a new home to pilots of all experience levels who have a special love for bush flying - on ICELAND! Our base of operations is in Reykjavik (BIRK) with another hub on the eastern coast in Egilsstadir. We fly small to medium sized piston and turboprop aircraft. We've got a relaxed rule set with ACARS and (in most cases) automatic PIREP approval. We're not trying to simulate in every little detail a real airline. Instead the focus is on entertaining charters and tours with a story background, awards and live events where we fly together and en…

Different VAs have different numbers of hours before promotion. Airlines in the real world will obviously have a much higher number required. Many VAs claim to have a realistic system similar to real-world airlines, where they fly for about 50 hours just as a Trainee! I think that's a little much. I just wanted to know everyone's opinions on the topic, and what you have yours set to at the moment. Here's mine: freshJet Ranks

I thought because i if theres alot of VA's coming here and this is one of the places that has the different acars things maybe i dont have to post at a lot of forums over an over. Early this morning i just finshed a flight with SWA virtual. I went to hit file pirep on XACARS and it gave me a protocol issue, i thought alot of issues might be the reason that i got that, but in fact i took a few moments to go through the program and low and behold there was a space between the start of the text box and the text that i had entered/copied. this applies to literally all acars for flightsim, it wont let you file a pirep untill you leave no space in between what i just said... …

Hi Ive just bought my Airline from fsairlines.net over to phpvms. The reason being having learnt the basics of php and css i felt displaying the data myself better than using standard Integration kits or XML parsing. My site is still under-construction but was wanting some feedback. I am aware i need to adjust some of the .tpl files that dont come with the template but this is what ive arrived at so far. Thanks for comments, constructive, postitive or negative Imagine Airways homepage Steve CEO Imagine Airways

joeri, why have you locked the topic Impulse V2? And at the owners request? I'm afraid the truth hurts and all the tread said was the truth. Nothing nasty or beyond the pale. Please stop protecting the stupid from the truth. IMHO

Hello People! Some of you may remeber my last, failed VA, using free hosting. That, has gone to god and much like the mystical phoenix, a new VA rises from the Ashes, Impulse Virtual, We are a startup VA based in Germany, currently, we have 5 pilots, but we are hoping to expand. Unlike last time, our VA is being hosted by a friend, on his privete hosting computer. Our VA Currently is not concentrating on the fancy stuff of Skins, repaints and pilot manuals, we are concentrating on good, honest flying. We hope to see you there soon, The Impulse Virtual Team

www.flyiva.org About Us Well we are the newest name in Virtual Airlines and our philosophy is that pilots are sick and tired of the treatment they have received from other Virtual Airlines in the past. We want to make our operation fast, easy and a lot more fun for our pilots to fly. Our base of operations is Washington Dulles, which is an airport that a lot of pilots want to fly to but there isn't a whole lot of service in and out of Washington Dulles. We are not only confident that we have picked the right location for our operation but we have the right ideas on how a virtual airline is supposed to operate. Our fleet consists of the Airbus A319 and Bombardier CRJ200 …

phpVMS Forums, My name is Jack Wilkinson, the new Chief Executive Officer of a newly re-branded virtual airline alliance. I would like to take this opportunity to welcome the Foralis Alliance, a virtual airline alliance opening on Monday 28th October 2016. Foralis launched on October 17th 2003 when it was called 'British Virtual Airline Group'. For four years, the alliance ran like clockwork. It had a team of six members of staff and six virtual airlines under its belt. Sadly, on December 29th 2007 and four years after launching, BAVG ceased operations. The former Chief Executive Officer, Robert Blanchard, wanted to pursue new ambitions within the community. On Wednes…
