Hey there It´s an old question, you got your Airline, your Page and everything but how do you get new Pilots. There are some Airlines with 100 or 300 Pilots flying and of course you also want that much, so how do you get them? We did some texture work, and of course optimized our google metakeywords and everything, maybe even some googleadwords adds. So what worked for your airline?

For a while I've been interested in starting my own va. so i was thinking about starting a charter Virtual Airline stationed in St. Martin and have services to the small islands around St. Martin where the big airliners can get to. And the primary fleet would be the Cessna 206 to get on the short runways and the Beechcraft King air 200/350. In the future I would like to expand to the whole Caribbean, and incorporate a few jets like citations. If anyone would like to help me out on this project please right back or email me at. Eastern Airways Virtual has been running on VMS for 2-3 years now (originally posted on one of Nabeels older forums lol). We faithfully reproduce the real world schedules and charters of Eastern Airways. Using kACARS and phpVMS plus airmail and events systems. Our fleet includes BAE Systems JS4100, SAAB 2000 and ERJ135. In September 2010, Air Southwest was sold to Eastern Airways. We have now incorporated Air Southwest's schedule and fleet of Dash 8-311's. Eastern and Air Southwest Fleet are to fly their own exclusive routes as per real world operations. Eastern Airways Virtual Team.

Well my second attempt at a VA is up and running (in its infant stages) Its mostly beaver and otter flights, based on the history of Canada and the Fur trade. Jay here from Pontchartrain VA. I am in some serious need of help!! Please, is there anyone out there that can lend a hand? I have spent almost 18 months creating a real world route system that has over 1000 daily flights. The flights work for the DC-3. I have a site at pontchartrainva,com It is ready to go.
