Hi. First of all, sorry for my poor English. I am working with the issue of finances and would like to add the cost of aircraft. It would be easy to discount the total balance of the purchase of an aircraft. I have seen that there is a table called finacesdata, but this does not have any rows. There is only the structure. I have also seen that in all the code is not referenced to the above table, except when you create it as installation scripts. I wonder. Am I wrong on the above? What is it for this table? It would be interesting to have a table with the total balance sheet and operating with it as you wish. Expenses system is interesting but not suitable for t…

Hi guys, I've been thinking about an idea that I think would be fine, so I'll mention here: On page acarsmap when no one is in flight becomes white, you can display a message saying it has no pilot flying at the moment, when there is a pilot flying menssagem this message disappears, anyone have any idea how to do this? Hi guys, When i go to my admin panel and select the reports & expenses, then select the financial repports i select EHAM (or another ICAO) in the filter field and select Departure airport. when i click 'filter' the following error pops up: Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'Finance::viewreporttype=&submit=view+report' was given in /home/seriousa/public_html/core/classes/MainController.class.php on line 218 I tried to search the forum for this error but i could not find anything. I have a question regarding maintenance of aircraft. We currently have two aircraft entering on maintenance in a few days which will be replaced by two similar aircraft but different callsign to cover scheduled routes, i'll not edit the previous callsign because the statistics system would be affected, i think the only way to do this is to disable the aircraft in maintenance and its scheduled routes. To continue the normal service on routes is create new routes with aircraft replacement. Is there any way to have a system for maintenance of aircraft maintaining the same route but changing the complete aircraft. Regards

When in the admin centre, I always get the same problem. In the pilots section, when I edit a pilot, country is always Afghanistan (first alphabetically) and the rank is always trainee. This means I always have to check the country and rank before editing, and make sure that I change them. Is there an easier way to do this, so that the selected item is always the right one? Thanks.

It seems that we have been having some pilots filing flight plans from another virtual airline. Also having airports added from other airlines maybe someone else with (VIR). I can only imagine its a Brazilian Virgin or something. Any ideas? Cheers Ross

Hi guys!b I've a question about of reports from flights that not appears on the flight schedules, It's charter's flight. I've the corrects airports on my airport list. The exactly problem is, that the departure airport don't appears on the queary pirep for report de flight, only appears all airports from regular flights. I am working on getting staff members for my VA but I would really like to restrict the abilities they have in the admin panel of phpvms to just posting news and approving pireps. So i would like to keep them from being able to see the maintenance section, routes and etc. Is there any way to do this? Thanks. www.flyiva.org

If you look at my vacentrail page i was doing pretty good by avraging over 50 flights a month and it my fault i lost everything it was my host. So yeah can i please reset some of the numbers to my original if i have to restart at 0 then its not worth all the money and hours i put in to my VA.

Hi friends, I've been trying to create a page through the control of the fleet, pilots on visitors to see the number of flights performed by each aircraft miles flown and so on. Well I got the folder core/templates and created a file controlfleet.tpl and was testing at the following address www.mysite.com/index.php /controlfleet more when I go to the address the message appears: An Error Was Encountered The module "FLEETCONTROL" does not exist! Could anyone help me how to create the page, I used the page's source code that is in the Aircraft Reports Admin Center, or if there is any such addon please pass me the link, thanks.

If anyone is interested, I've managed to compile a current Navdata file ready for import to your database. NOTE: although it contains all navaids and waypoints, it does not have any airway information, therefore phpVMS will not expand any airways in the route (tbh, I'm not sure if it does this anyway). Since the files are too large to attach, they are available here: Gzipped CVS file Gzipped SQL file It would probably be a good idea to back up your database first - I assume no resposibility for loss off data

Hello! I have a request for something that I think will benefit everyone. At the moment you select one aircraft to fly for a certain route. However, the pilot, might not own that aircraft because it is for example payware. So the pilot cannot fly the route. However if in the route details it says that you can use another aircraft as alternative (e.g. a freeware similar aircraft size) then they would be able to fly and will add it to their bid, fly it, PIREP it.
