I am using the stable version, what ever that is. I added a custom filed, a text area for bio. For some reason the only way to edit or enter data into that field is from the admin panel and that doesn't always stick. Any ideas as to why?

I want to change the name of my database from canforce_phpvmsinstall to just canforce_phpvms. I know how to do this in mySQL, but where do I change it in phpVMS. I don't wanna change it until I know for sure that my site wont be down for awhile.

Dear All, Can somebody help me with my Pirep Admin problem? When I click Aprrove All to approve pending pireps, it always shown this : Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/u989643868/public_html/admin/modules/PIREPAdmin/PIREPAdmin.php on line 130 When I looked into PIREPAdmin.php the line 130 is foreach($allpireps as $pirep_details) is there something wrong with the script? Hi, I've a Virtual Airline and today I installed a Phpvms on my VA. But I've only one problem: When Anyone click in "register", he/she has this error: HTTP 500 - internal error. I tryed to reset my VA Lot's of times and the error continued. May anyone help me? I got the web page setup and I'm using FSFK I place a bid on a route get all the info setup FSFK then when I connect my acars it shows up on the live map but keeps adding lines under the map instead of having just the one line and second problem is, it shows my flight plan #, destination, Arrival but the distance is wrong and when you click on the bubble on the map it shows 0 for flight number. Any idea what is wrong with that? Thanks live_acars.doc

I have a custom field for VATSIM ID, and I want to display the Pilot and ATC ratings of the pilots. Is there a way to get this info from VATSIM instead of making another custom field. I have some pilots who keep putting in fake ratings.

G'day Guys, After Changing Config::Set('DISABLE_SCHED_ON_BID', true); to Config::Set('DISABLE_SCHED_ON_BID', false); in the local.config.php i recieved an error which can be seen in the image below. I was in the middle of transfering some database data from my old phpvms_pilots to the new one. Then when i went to my site i got this error on top and the page content all over the place..... Hi, I am going to change web hosting, but a bit worried about bandwidth. I have found one who will give me 100GB of bandwidth a month. Would this be enough for phpvms and a forum? And would 15000MB of disk space be enough? thanks chris

I searched the forum first and did not find any reference on how to change this. I customized the colors of all the page titles in php/vms successfully but I just added a new page from the Admin Panel and the title is orange like the original titles. How do I change this to the blue of the other titles. I tried searching directories. It has been added into the core pages but all that is in there is the text I entered. I can change the color of that text but not the title on the page when it is clicked on the navigation bar on the website. Thank you.

Currently the aircraft are determined by their reg. when PIREPs are submitted. I want to completely get rid of regs. This is how I think it works so far: $pirepdata['aircraft'] = registration# then it calls function-> Get Aircraft by Reg I'm assuming that $pirepdata['aircraft'] is = to registration, never checked, how do I change it so it equals the aircraft name? Then I could make it call a separate function "get aricraft by name".

I have a user select a country out of a select box, and then i want it to sort the airports that are in that country. I have a $country variable, and by $allcountries variable: $country = $_POST['location']; $allairports = OperationsData::GetAllAirports($country); ... then i have a foreach statement Am i doing that right? it does not sort the airports

Hey guys, i found several problems similar as mine. I updated to version Version v2.1.934-171-gbc02380 mbecause i wanted the twitter feed to work. I updated using the normal procedure and everything looks ok. But i tried to find the schedules but nothing is found. Again, i saw this problem on the forum a couple of times so i checked the common issues. - All the days of the week are selected. - Schedules are active - i exported the schedules and i saw that 0123456 is in there for all schedules. - database is filled with schedules. - i did maintenance to clean the cache. nothing helps. members are starting to complain right away... sigh. hi, I have 2 problems , only when my pilots using FSFK! #1 ____________________________ In live map , the flight STATUS will show ENROUT! for all positions of aircraft! the ESTIMATED DISTANCE and ESTIMAITED ENROUT TIME will show wrong! * I have no problem with kACARES! see the attached pic... how can i solve this? #2 ________________________________ when i get a pirep from FSFK in my admin panel (where i Accept/Reject the pireps!) i get this error : No aircraft for this PIREP. You must edit and assign before you can accept it. how can i solve this?

Hi all, I have added a new profile field to my website called age group. I would like to add it to my pilot list in the admin section. I have tried to modify the pilot_list.tpl in the admin/templates/pilot_list.tpl by putting in age group in the code and removing rank just to see if i could get it to work. I've only just purchased a server with Hostgator and now i'm really confused on how to install PHPvms on the server. Can someone please give me a hand to install phpVMS on hostgator. I'm really new to this, and i've also tried to use the manuals and guides and i got no success. I've been following phpvms for dummies and when it tells you to load install.php on your browser it doesn't work it gives me hostgator 404error. Please if anyone can help me it would be really appriciated. Cristiano
