Hi folks, question, is there any code available to get the statistics of the month? I mean it should show top 3 pilots by flights, flighthours, and miles. Every single month it should create a new table for this three stats, above the last one. Could you help me?

I've designed a Pilot ID Card style avatar that is dynamically updated, how can i put this in place of the pilot normal avatar? I've tried editing the template for the profile by putting a standard php include to the custom script but it says it does not exist yet I know it does? Since the update to v2.0, there is an occasional time when a pilot uploads a PIREP and when it is approved the hours and flights reset to a lower number. For example, a pilot has 96.1 hours and 27 flights, uploaded 2 new ones taking him to 102.23 hours but instead it reset to 16 flights and 37.8 hours. Is this a problem with the SQL database? we had to switch to a new one and port the info from the previous one, but I didn't move the PIREPS (because the flight numbers changed). It's not really a big problem, as they can be manually edited obviously, but If anyone has any theories towards a resoloution then I'd be most grateful. Cheers, DeeQ @ OWV

Hi Nabeel, I found what could be a problem with the new "Change Pilot ID" function. It appears that all my admin pilot groups can use this function. Even my basic hub managers that just have manage PIREPS as their only permission. I just tested this on my dev site to be sure. Thanks, Keith

I installed a test version of phpVMS on an old domain and it worked perfectly (once some host-related problems with mySQL were sorted out). I bought my new domain name, set up the domain and did the same, clean install of phpVMS on the new domain, but I can't navigate away from the home page on this install. Neither can I log in - it just returns to the home page with the non-logged in menu items showing. The log-in isn't being recorded in the database either. The URL changes to reflect the menu item chosen, but the page doesn't display. checkinstall.php and checkdb.php return OK for all items. Hello again, i would like to use some data that fspax includes in the log, for further use. If some values are used, like touch down rate, or bonus/penalty points, these values could be used in executing specific calculations and then use the results furthermore For example, i would like to have a "pilot of the month" award, which would win the pilot that makes the more miles in each month. And i could have a total points system for pilots. This system could give monthly rates, or work just cumulative. Ok Well Heres The Thing, I try to send the Schedules to VAcentral Get this error: Try to send Pireps to vacentral, get this error; ^^ Would be nice to fix the above as there now 64th... Hi, Recently started work on a new VA ..... Came across your site and it seems you guys may have saved me a lot of time A few questions first, I have registered and successfully integrated php VMS in the back end and have a VA registered with you guys. To use XAcars, do I need to install the data they have on their website (I am aware for pilots we must put in the details on the application) but am I right to assume that now php VMS is installed, I don't need to do anything else server side for XAcars to work with our site. Before anyone points me to the docs or tells me to search, I have already I have read the all the info on what I want to do over and over, but I am a complete noob when it comes to PHP and just can't do what I am trying to do. I have been trying my best over the last few weeks to alter the schedule search form, to enhance it. I know it's been asked a million times before but I want to be able to add more filter/search options. Some examples of working code would be very much appreciated. Is there a quick way to roll back to using google maps v2? I have done a bit of testing and everything seems to work OK using v2, IE and heading reporting as well as lines being drawn, i know that if i roll back then the routes wont be depicted but ill live with that for the time being. I don't really want to roll back to the general release because of modifications i have made and other tweaks, i have already tried that with a fresh install If i remember right there is a change in the acarsmap.tpl routemap.tpl and core_htmlhead.tpl but im not sure, any help would be appreciated. I was looking at my finances and the fuel figure was way up there, further inspection i realised that the fuel figure from FSACARS was being send in lbs, have i missed a setting somewhere because my site is configured for KG.

Ok weird problem searched around on the forums couldn't find anything on it. The data for the current ACARS is exported fine: legend-virtual.co.cc/action.php/acars/data but the map and table below don't display any of that data: http://www.legend-virtual.co.cc/index.php/acars. So I'm kind of stuck here not really sure where to start. I went through most of the scripts and compared them with a fresh install, but didn't see any problems. I can't figure out why it isn't working. Any help would be great! Thanks!

How hard would it be to code for awards the same way as the ranks are defined, Example if a pilot completed 10 flights he gets xx award automatically and so on. I would imagine its just a case of copying the ranking system?

One little question, on deleting pilot from admin panel all register including pireps etc... are deleting too. But for example, the deleted pilot ID was DDD002, but on register a new pilot the ID is 003 and the pilots table appear DDD001 , DDD003. Any chance to continue according database ID. Thanks again.

My hosting service is stopping access to its MySQL4 servers. While phpVMS mainly works with MySQL5, there are one or two glitches. Are there any plans to release a version that will be compatible with MySQL5? Thanks, Ken

I am able to connect to Flight Sim. I run into trouble when I try to connect with Live ACARS Server. I get the error pictured below. I have everything filled out. Any Ideas? Side Bar Help

I am trying to get a template to display in the side bar. But all I get is the name of the template being displayed. If I change the name of the template to one of the existing ones that sidebar shows up. (sidebar_aircraft.tpl - will display the aircraft template in the side bar) public function HTMLHead() { $this->set('sidebar', 'sidebar_events.tpl'); } This is at the being of the module.
