Is there a way to integrate transfer hours over to the real hours of the pilot becuase all my pilots were reset to the first rank from the update but before the pilots were on various ranks.

ok... I've searched and searched and found some info, but nothing helpful. I'm wondering if someone can point me in the right direction..... Here's my issue. FSPax, although it says it has sent the pirep info, it doesn't show up on the website. FSACARS does....but.... When I hit send log, I get the error ( that I ignore ), and it sends the info fine.... HOWEVER after the next flight, its sends the first one again....and again...and again.... It doesn't seem to know that it has sent. I can only seem to send the first flight over and over again. Ok another little glitch or is it me. i hve added several routes to the database now and looks good on the admin page as i have routes. problem is Only one route is showing on the pilots page tho, do the routes number have to run in order to work/display or is there an issue? thanks Simon

I was wondering what it would take to send a specific device (iPhone) to its own unique site. I have the code that recognizes the iPhone, but what files would I have to edit/make for a separate site. I use my iPhone a lot as I am not home often, so it would be convenient for me to have a more iPhone friendly site, both bandwidth and ease of use. I've done this before with a layout website, made by hand, but it seems to be more complicated for phpVMS. Any help appreciated! Thanks.

Nabeel, I've tried looking and tried figuring out the API, tried reading PHP tutorials, to no avail. I don't have any idea how to simply pull a logged in user's data onto a webpage. A simple "hello world" would help me. The only thing I've been able to do is recall the pilot's ID by putting: <?php $pilotid = PilotData::GetPilotCode(Auth::$userinfo->code, Auth::$userinfo->pilotid); ?> in and then: <li><b>Your Callsign</b>: <?php echo $pilotid ?></li> I'm probably going about it all wrong but that works at least. I'm trying to find a way to pull up the total number of hours, latest flight they flew in a short format…

Hi! First of all let me thank You for this utility. I have one question regarding the schedules: Is there possible that on the "Add Schedule" section, the "Equipment: " filed to filter only the Aircraft ICAO Code. This raises some problems for our VA. I give you an example. Let's say my HUB is LROP. One of my flights, a 737, reg XX-YYY today is flying the LROP-EHAM-LROP route, but tomorrw will fly the LROP-LIRF-LROP route and something else will fly the LROP-EHAM_LROP. In real life you have only the AC type under the Equipment not the exact aircraft that is flying that route.

Nabeel, thanks in advance for the great script you have here. I was wondering how I would go about showing a login form on the main page only when they aren't logged in. If they are logged in, I would like to fill that space with a mini "control panel" type content (such as pilot name, pilot hours, hub, etc.). How would I go about this?

I am a current va owner @ www.simfly.eu Simfly uses AFTS (Advanced Flight Tracking System) and therefore tracks all our flights and inputs them onto the Simfly site. How can this work with phpvms? Any ideas please im a noob at this software

I have been ok using your system for installation easyier than I thought I would, but I am now having trouble making the files writable. It says in the phpVMS Installer that core/local.config.php is writable! but 5 are not. I am using a free hosting provider called http://www.freehost10.com/, and they are easy to use but I am not sure how to go about making them writable. Thanks.

So this just blows my mind. I haven't been able to get online for a week and when I go to check on my site guess what I find....nothing....I did view page source and this is all that is there. <div id="mainbox"> </div> <div id="sidebar"> <h3>Recent Reports</h3> No reports have been filed <h3>Newest Pilots</h3> </div> Just recent reports and newest pilots shows up in a black font. Anybody know what happen? I went into the main file and such and all the .tpl files and everything seems to be there.

Hi All Ok what I am after is have a box on the front page that shows the last 5 or 10 latest bids similar to the latest reports. I have been trying to work out how to do it, my php coding skills are virtually zero! lol I understand the module and .tpl concept of and how the tpl draws the functions from the module etc but it the actual code needed on both the module and tpl files. Would someone be interest in pointing me in the right direction please. Many thanks Karl
